Snell's law can be used to calculate the reflection angle of the light. The light itself doesn't make any resistance why can't you understand? And if it would make a difference, sure you have photons from the light but these don't make any difference what so ever. And what if it's night? What if it's clouds in the sky? You have totally missunderstood the Snell's law. You must be totally off.
