Just love to all the doctors, nurses, and patients for sharing your day. Cannot imagine a more stressful situation than a computer system going down. It made me think of ransom ware threats. Thank goodness, it wasn't that, nor a test of the operational capabilities of the hospital. The horrible deaths of miners, the world over--how very tragic for the miners and their families.😢❤
My Momma was in the hospital struggling to breathe and I slept on the hardwood floor for 3 weeks just to be near her until she passed away!!! That was 15 years ago but seems like yesterday. R.I.P. Mom. Love you and miss you. 💕
Nurse Cheral Barns looks just like my mother. If I did not know she has past, I would be going that is my Mom!!!! She is the spitting image of her. My mom was an RN also.
Wow, isn't that crazy!!! People are always telling me I look or sound just like someone they know. I'd really like to see someone who looks like me!!! Lol.
@ travelingdude33914 Too true which is why I laugh when people from the states genuinely believe they are the best country in the world and everyone else should bow down. It’s quite obvious that there are countries much ahead of ours
Really? Even when people are crying out for help from their hospital bed, or die of bedsores obtained in the hospital, or dehydrated, or starving and can't reach their food so they can't eat?
My grandpa stayed with my grandma after her stroke, but sleeping on a couch for two weeks as an 80 year old man was not possible. He had to go home even though it pained him and made him extremely worried, but he knew if he didn’t take care of himself, he wouldn’t be able to care for my grandma. You never know what someone’s feeling or why they do what they do, don’t judge.

It's not only a UK thing, in Sweden the nurses are called "Sisters). However, after watching thi show 4ever 😊 I think in UK it's a title for the nurses that are in charge that are called "Sisters". I don't know but think this might be quite common in Europe.
Here in the UK a Sister in a hospital is an experienced senior nurse who leads a team of staff and is responsible for the running of the ward/unit… hope that helps
I just love Jane, the volunteer, such a personality!
Every hospital needs to have a "Jane"!!!!
I cannot imagine what these folks went through during Covid.
Well done!!!
I love all the doctors even sister jane she knows all and keeps everyone in line

Not many are equipped to do this type of job-Amen!

its a lot of pain & misery!
All the poor miners suffered so much!
The US had lots of coal mines. We have a number of miners suffering from the effects of the coal.
Here in America they wouldn't bring you tea and a cookie, if they did it would cost you $1000 🙄

I love this series. Thanks for your channel.
The old school way worked just fine young man...lol
I love sister Jane, sister Benita and volunteer Jane. They truly make this show for me. I would love to have worked with any of them.
All nurses n Drs n volunteers they all do amazing jobs to help patients.

Agreed! My mom had a real couple of b's as she was dying in hospital @@VMM34
Definitely not all!
@ VMM34 yeah that happens allot here in the states but the uk quite clearly is 10x better and more
compassionate with their patients
South Africa also "Sister"
Great video.
That volunteer lady is awesome lol
Every episode of this shows their charting system going down lol
I know I was wondering if I was watching a repeat lol. ❤
Data failure common.
As a nurse, I know this happens a lot.
My mom’s an ER nurse here in the US, and almost every shift she comes home and talks about the system crashing at one point or another lol
Jane seams like a fun person to be around 🎉❤
I am sorry to hear Mick passed away. 😢
I can't wait to watch this later!
That young doctor is so patronising. Overcooks the bedside manner. He’s talking to grown ups, not five year olds.
Louis is a cutie 😊
Amazes me how quick these families are to leave their loved ones to go home and rest. I’d never leave my family struggling to breathe in the hospital.
Exactly, I would never leave my loved one alone especially in hospital when they are feeling bad!! What's wrong with people???
They can't stay. What do you expect
@@fern1416 I’d never leave my loved ones.

@@motionless_horizon Not judging at all. Just giving my opinion.
You are not allowed to stay. No choice
Funny to see all the docs setting ivs. That never happens in the USA.
Omg that kid did a dab on the way out 🤣🤣🤣

Please learn to type
I can’t read this why did you capitalize everything and use commas so much.. please learn to type
@@motionless_horizonthat's what I am saying! Where do people learn to write like this with all the commas and no spaces and caps lock etcetera
Why can you not read upper case?
Let me guess, you're over 50?
Why do they call them "Sister"? Is it a UK thing?
It's probably because of the nuns in the past who nursed people, and it's still used in the UK today
Jane is right. Humor is a weapon against the dark.
