A new restaurant, Mole Negro recently opened up and they are a popular spot. We had to wait a half hour to be seated, maily due to getting there at the worst possible time. Go before 9am or after 10:30am. They get busy in between those hours. Open from 8am until 12noon, and located on the canal heading to Soriana.
