I have the same model and year bike I found in a motor home repair warehouse. It was dusty but not rusty, the took it as part of a trade in so sat around. It was running running rough but I knew the carbs would be gummed up so I took them apart and puttem together, gaskets boots, rejeted for altitude, I didn't need to dip clean but they cleaned up well. Yes the intake filter is a stock KanN style for using filter oil and washable.
