Thank you for sharing and being vulnerable. Although there are some things I would like to point out. A lot of what you shared comes from a very privileged perspective and it is important to recognise that. "Why do you care about what other people say?" "Fake it till you make it", these ideas sound really good but for people who come from abusive or dysfunctional households (about 80 percent in our country), it is nearly impossible.

It can be therapeutic but let's not replace that with therapy. Talking to a professional with at least a basic masters degree in Psychology is therapy. Let's be mindful of that.
