If you are not able to receive verification code text or OTP in your iPhone then let us see what to do. The first thing that you can do is you simply restart your iPhone. Sometimes restarting the iPhone fixes many of the minor issues. The next thing that you can do is you can put your iPhone to airplane mode, wait for few seconds then again switch off the airplane mode. After that the other thing that you can do is you can go to "settings". You can go to this option "Messages". Scroll down and if you see there is an option here "Filter unknown sender". If it is enabled like this one then what you do is disable this option. After that the other thing that you can do is you can go to "settings". You can go to this option "General". Go to this option 'Transfer or reset iPhone". Select "Reset". Select "Reset network settings". Now you need to enter the passcode of your iPhone to reset the network settings and what does it do is it will reset all the settings related to mobile data, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and then you need to again re-enter the password of your Wi-Fi. Also you need to again pair the Bluetooth device. So after you have reset the network settings try to see if you can get the verification code text or not. Now one more thing is since you require internet to use the application so that it can send you the verification code text, you also need to make sure that there is Wi-Fi in your device or not and if there is a problem with the Wi-Fi connection what you do is you have to restart the router and the other thing that you can do is you can go to this "settings" option. Go to this option "Wi-Fi". Tap on this "i" icon here. Forget this network and again reconnect to the network again. So once you have solved the issue of internet then again try to see if you will get the verification code in your mobile or not. Now the last thing is sometimes there might be a problem with the server side so you need to contact with the application provider in order to check if there is a problem from their side or not. Also what I have noticed is in some places the OTP code won't be sent to your iPhone unless it is office time. For example the office time might start at eight o'clock or 10 o'clock and before that the OTP code might not work in your mobile. So try to get the OTP code after the office hour time. So do all of these things and check if you can get the verification code text in your iPhone or not.

Dont reset anything like that EVER!
I Fully reset it my iPhone (don’t use a backup) and it worked but I reset it again and used a backup and I have the same problem now

I tried for one month to receive verification code from whatsapp. their help center is junk. After one month i tried again and it worked on one of the 3 iphones of the family. unable on the 2 others, nothing to understand, shitty app and no service. i tried everything you can find on the net without success.@@febrylelawrencee.gonzales7493

@@shreyajaura9706 Guys, I had the same issue. Couldn't get the verification code texts on iPhone for anything at all. I turned on "Cellular Data" and they all came through.

@@rabinkandel385 - Did you try turning on the “Cellular Data” on your smartphone? Sometimes, the OS updates on smartphones will mess up things. Try the simplest and the obvious, first. I did that on my iPhone SE, now I don’t need to turn on Data anymore. I guess it fixed itself.
