    There was a gap in real estate content between promoted videos from brands and property dealers doing routine property reviews. You have filled that gap with intelligent, thoughtful content that goes deeper. Kudos and keep it up!

    Analogy is correct but timeline is wrong. Gurgaun is not becoming south bombay. Gurgaun is what western subabarbs were 20 years back. Its becoming bandra and more and more people are moving from south delhi to gurgaun just like ppl are moving from south mumbai to western subarbs.
    Also, south mumbai didnt die in 10 years time. Companies stoped coming to south mumbai long back and existing companies started moving to western subabrbs long back. Whereas gurgaun still has a ton of new companies coming in and that too at 10 times the speed they are comimg in noida.
    Another issue with mumbai is that its land locked so areas get saturated quickly. The next developing area like navi mumbai are too far from the areas where offices are located. This is not an issue in gurgaun. Lot of developing affordable areas where ppl can reach under 60mins from cybercity

    Boss kuch bhi assume karte ho aap log, Noida can't beat Gurgaon in next 100 years and main reason is the high paying jobs in Gurgaon is much higher than Noida.

      May be be what you say is right from as things today.. suggest you to visit the the Life Line road or Noida (called Vishwakarma Road) after 3 years.. if I tell you the developments upcoming on this line..it would not change your thought..but see for yourself in future..
