@@smzartech Its a Smart Tank 5105, but the problem is not the printer - the HP Smart does not start at all on the PC, and it did start on the mobile, but it froze while trying to install the printer.
@@smzartech I managed to get the printer to work with the regular drivers and manual installation, but that app still does nothing ... well, it works now and I can forget about HP Smart ...
I have another problem with this app… When I open the HP SMART app it shows me a light blue scene with the HP SMART logo and nothing else. I already tried to reset & repair from the app settings but it’s not working!

So you can download and try the full feature driver from HP website in case hp smart causes problem.

uninstall it. and then reinstall
@@smzartech I've already done it several times but nothing changes!
After uninstall restart your pc. power off printer. then install hp smart app, open Hp smart app then power on printer. also check windows update.
