Hi sir, do you mean SolaX Cloud monitoring? If you are using boost 1.0, you can pair it with Pocket wifi 2.0 and then use SolaX Cloud for monitoring. If you need support, you can send it to service.eu@solaxpower.com
Hi Craig. really need alittle bit more information please. we have changed our router and need to put the new ip address into the x-hybrid inverter to use the app again. I have watched the video above but cannot follow all the steps. 1. can see Solax network but then when openning a web browser it says no network. Alittle bit more help would be great thank you
Yeh i am in Australia here, and i copied this perfectly, mine SN wont be accepted, so i tried every SN on my unit, every group off numbers tested accepted none, didn't put AP in front off them, and it also has issues connecting to my wifi, i put the wifi password in the Key spot it saves and says refresh but won't refresh.
Can I use this method to swap my account details onto a different router and IP provider or is there another method as I can not access changes for routers through my log in? My email will also be different so do I change that as well?
For the router's change, you can just reconnect the Wi-Fi dongle and home router, just connect the signal of Wi-Fi and go to 5.8.8.8 to reset IP. For the email change, please contact service@solaxpower.com to get help.
@@markgregorio4421 Can you check your wifi SN? For pocket wifi 1.0, it's 11.11.11.1 (if you use solax portal); for pocket wifi 2.0, it's 5.8.8.8 (if you use solax cloud).

It's the same principal on a Mac really, only difference is the location of your wifi networks. On a mac they are found top right hand side of your screen.
well, we have hooked up a solax X1 system with a slave unit as well. and I still can't even get into access the rooter as you call it.. Very frustrating Everything you say in your video seems to not work at all.
If anyone knows how to reset the inverter password that'd be great if you could let me know. I set it when i first connected it apparently cause its not admin/admin or admin/password
Hi Malik, a reset of the wifi card inside the inverter is needed to reset the password back to admin if this has been changed. We state this must be performed by a qualified electrician as the inverter must be live when doing so. There is a WPS button located on the WiFi card that must be pressed and held for 30 seconds, this can be located after taking off the front cover of the inverter.

No. It won't send over wifi if switched off, so ensure it is ON.

That IP address doesnt work with my inverter. Its a model SK-SU300E
what do you do when you forget your password and the admin password does not work
