    I hope I can pass NCLEX Exam I Don't have a job, I am 30 years old all my dreams related to NCLEX, if I can choose between my life and NCLEX would choose NCLEX

      Nclex test is really frustrating. I can't believe I failed again after studying so much.

      So sorry to hear you guys complain deeply about the Nclex exam won't be a problem to you anymore, if you work with someone like Clara. She helped me through my exam and I made it through.

    Took me back in the days in A&E and wards.
    Every morning checks and tag( ensured the dates are not expired)

    Im doing pre reqs before i apply to the nursing program. I found your vids on a wim and i love them. They make learning so fun and interesting. At this point im just watching for entertainment.

    Dextrose was in my fruity alcohol drink the heck is it it 😮

      Dextrose is natural glucose (D-glucose as opposed to L-glucose which is synthetic and the molecules are arranged differently. Opposite I think?)
      So it’s just sugar. But unlike sucrose or fructose it’s the simplest and most readily absorbed by the body.
      It’s in the crash cart and in IV fluid to treat low blood sugar (aka hypoglycaemia which translates to low blood sugar. Really low blood sugar leads to insulin shock).
