One cannot pick and choose amongst those because all have their specifications but it is just that it depends on your requirement. I completely rely on Axis Business Technologies for copiers and printers related decisions. They have been such a help because apart from providing good services, they also offer repair services.
why dont you show the prices so we can decide for ourself dont be fooled buy this insta ink monthly refill youll get scammed and pay more for this cause there charging you by the amount you print not the ink level so after every 100 pages youll be charged if u have in or not and if u dont pay they will disable your printer till you pay up you been warned they are relying on you not reading the small print or terms of service dont fall for it or u will pay more youll be charged for amount of pages you print not level of ink pls choose a non monthly subscription or youll regret it its very sneaky business practice and morally wrong .......................SO DONT BE FOOLED ............

His value is he minimizes your research time. Only you know your unique requirements and once you decide you can look at price. Another guy wanted an actual demo as if a random guy can afford to buy all these just to suit his needs. Dont use HP laser printers, those are very expensive, dont know why. A price for a laser toner is more than 200bucks but epson has for below 100bucks.
