I love this channel! So many TH-camrs show just glass or some thrift project, you show the whole deal, china/furniture/all the odds and ends of the antique/vintage world.
Miss you stopping for coffees! When you get your reset on, it prompts me to get a cup! 😅 Re-donate your sad friends, don’t toss them. The Franciscan plate with the big crack down the middle would look beautiful under a plant. The landfill will thank you.💚
Haha! I've been trying to buy fewer coffees during the day because it makes sleep that much more elusive at night! Good call - I'll donate them. Right now I just have my sad friends in a pile of shame. 🤣
Judith Miller has so many informative books on antiques & Victorian goodies!…… love & have a few of her books for reference! I would still list the platter with the “SkeeterBite” on the edge. Platters are not that easy to find! It is hard for me to pass up Limoge too! No need to apologize for the prices you resale for …but it is your fault if I get nothing done at home because after watching your videos I get the urge to go thrifting!….like right now!…lol ….have a great day!
Haha! That's the dangerous part about watching thrifting videos - they definitely inspire thrifting behavior! If you go, I hope you find something good!
This place is just loaded! I love limoge China & hand painted pieces even tho it’s not real collectible for most people. Love to see all the different patterns & I learn so much watching you. Wow!! Lots of lamps….and walkers too!😂 I love very old Victorian lamps & the cherub ones are Capodimonte lamps! Third floor…need a chair??? I do love the white wicker one!
I'm glad you enjoyed checking out the goods at Estate Treasures! I'm so obsessed with the actual building I sometimes forget to take in the merchandise (especially on the third floor - such a great space!)
Howdy neighbor!!!! Been to all the same stores as you. Have you been to Pandemonium thrift store in Deep River? So eclectic!!! All proceeds go to an exotic animal sanctuary right on the premises. I'm in Clinton so go there often.
Hi Kris, Wow, I had forgotten about this place! I had been there years ago, and as I recall, I wasn't too impressed...lol. Thats cuz Im so cheap and their prices , at the time, we're a little over the top for me! But, sometimes you just have to look because you never know what you might find......after all, it's the thrill of the hunt!! Have an awesome day, and yes we must go out again one day. I think when school is back in session since I'm on duty as summer sitter for the Grands!! Love your channel. Deb
You're such a good grandmother! I definitely found the store to be much improved and well worth a visit. Let me know when you want to go thrifting in the fall!
Enjoyed shopping Antique Treasures with you. There was a place very much like it (dirtier, darker, less organized) in Longmont Colorado called Paul's Antiques. It also had a chair loft. The prices were cheap, so I was able to buy a down-filled chair and ottoman from the 40's, I guess. Also a very icky blackish pie safe which I took down to it's pine wood. Still have them.
I remember Paul's Antiques in Longmont. There once was in Old Arvada a row of antique stores and they have become bars. I miss the antique shops, such wonderful memories.
I'm always excited to see your videos of where you are going and your treasures! I found a limoges piece my first! I knew of 1 chip and probably paid more than you would've but it's the first I've seen and love the pattern! There were a couple more chips but not noticeable. I'm in love with it! Your pieces you found are beautiful and great prices!
So enjoyed this trip! I was in Middletown this morning, though didn't know where this was located. Now, I'll be sure to stop in next time! I noted the Hitchcock chair, as I worked for them in Riverton. Wonderful company, and you can still have the furniture restored by their restoration department (the present owners have a website). Just in case anyone was wondering😊 Always enjoyable!! Liz in Essex
Love your choices, I think we love similar things. I would want to keep everything you picked up! I just ordered Antiques Investigator …. I assumed you were keeping the one you found. Your channel is wonderful and you are so friendly and fun❤.
I'm originally from Connecticut. Transplanted to Texas long time ago. I do go home once in a while but to nice to see "home". Thank you for sharing your adventures and finds!
The prices were inconsistent. There were some good finds in the mix. The employees were also willing to bundle which helps bring the costs down a fair bit.

I'm so glad you're enjoying the channel! I try to mix things up and keep them interesting whenever possible!
I've never heard of that thrift store. I'm two towns away. Thanks! Great finds!
It's definitely worth a stop. You never know what you might find!

You’re at my favorite Goodwill!! Yeah! Iris is a beautiful cat.. great video
Your favorite Goodwill is the one in Middletown? I've definitely had some good success there.

I love Pandemonium! And I swear, I didn't eat two scones in a row the last time I was there. That was somebody else.... 🤣🤣

I'm glad you enjoyed the video! It sounds like Paul's had some excellent hidden treasure!

Love your sense of humor. Good video.
I'm so glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching!
I love the chairs!!!
They're amazing right? Like a field of diamonds in the rough. It makes a very pretty effect, I think.

I've bought more than 1 piece of chipped Limoges - you're in good company with me!

I absolutely love Hitchcock furniture! It must have been interesting to work for the company - especially if they have employees a discount!
Great information to know, thank you for sharing.
@@WorthingtonHome Yes, I loved being with them in Riverton, and managing their store in Wilton (when they had it).
Great finds! I love 💕 the lamp, I wish I had a spot for it, I’m sure someone will snap that up right away. 😊
The lamp has sold! It was such a nice find. Hunting themes are always fun and collectible.

Thank you so much for the very kind comments! The book is great, so I'm glad you're picking up a copy - well worth it!

I'm glad I can bring a little bit of Connecticut to Texas! 💕💕
Great finds thanks for sharing.
I'm so glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching and leaving me a comment!
there are some good thrift stores in the Palmer MA area and you should have lunch at Steaming Tender; the building is phenominal.
Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely add Palmer MA and Steaming Tender to my list of places to check out!
What a great store in Middletown! I was not aware of it but the prices seem very high
The prices were inconsistent. There were some good finds in the mix. The employees were also willing to bundle which helps bring the costs down a fair bit.
Just came across your channel. I live in Middletown! Have you checked out Pandamonium in Deep River?
PS: Yes, Iris is just beautiful!❤
Awwww, I'll be sure to tell her you said so! She's a cuddle bug, too.
There is a Middletown in about every state in the union. Which one is yours?? I am new to your site.
That's so funny - I never thought about that. Middletown, Connecticut.
Instead of deliberately hurting someone’s feelings, just move on & don’t revisit her channel. Both of u win 🙂.
