Whenever I have to use water I ensure, very consciously, that I use the very minimum amount of it needed for the purpose. (Can't remember when I last took a shower - it's always a bucket bath) Be it for wudu or washing utensils or brushing my teeth, or......I use the very minimum while I silently send the following prayer to Allah : O Allah! I value and respect this precious gift of yours beyond measure. Please do not ever let me suffer a want of it.

@@kamalahmed5057 Baby steps to Allah! We all try to earn His pleasure in whatever small ways we can. I write from India where, in some places, half a bucket of clean water available daily for washing is a luxury. So a shower is something else. Good luck and take care!

Very different khutbah from usual Khutbah's talking about water which I enjoyed. Intelligent Khutbah how he gives examples and accounts of the significance of water from the Quran and Seerah. Important to see Khutbah's that we in this day and age can relate to such as mental health and wellbeing, healthy eating, exercise.
