@@Rujewitblood although he will be on the same time, if he did the camp Stateside, he would still have the effects from the flight. It causes water retention and paradoxically, dehydration too. He doesn't have to weigh in so the former isn't so much of an issue but the latter could be .
Maybe if it was timed right for recovery after said flight, it could work.
Saying all that they have chosen to stay and they have taken advice from a sleep expert hired by Leon Edwards. He particularly pointed out that you can't go fully nocturnal because you need daylight to keep your circadian rhythm in check so they are waking later but not too late.

The ESPN contract stipulates only 2 PPVs a year can be off the US prime time schedule. 1 is almost always Abu Dhabi because UAE owns 10% and the other is typically Australia because it is usually an Izzy or Volk headliner.
Stop asking all these fighters what they think and why it’s happening. The ESPN contract changed everything for the UFC and the sport. Also us U.S. fans have to pay FAR more than anywhere else in the world and for every PPV. All the complaining and questioning is a joke. I’d gladly watch fights for free or less than 50% of what we pay to watch during the day.
