I learned and as a 42 yr old woman Ive been around and I know ..that you dont ever take care of a man and a healthy man will not struggle or let you struggle. If there is issues and disorders in the mix then you should be with ppl who can help not hinder you. Being togther could be a hinderance to each other. 2 people with issues can't give the support and stability thats needed to get and be better. I dont know your history and Im not judging you Im just sharing some of my experience.
I agree with some of your points. However ,i should not depend on someone else to take care of me ( this I've learned the hard way). Jay and I are like two drowning people grasping at the other , trying to survive. I know this . However, we do love each other and nurture each others soul. So, we stay together.

New subbie. I was homeless during the recession in ghe early 2000s.inhad 2 dogs and 2 cats in 1993 toyota corolla. We lived like that 6 months. Sadly all of my pets have passed except one ancient cat. It was hard and humbling. I also have mental illness. I feel what yal are going thru. I love yals love. Im just here to support not judge. Yal are both beautiful. Mental illness sucks. Big hugs. Im binge watching. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I highly recommend getting a Toyota Sienna when you guys save up enough money for a used car. Toyota's are highly reliable vehicles even with old age. That van would last you the longest for a decent price. The Sienna would have enough space for you two to comfortably sleep in. The vehicle also has good gas mileage. I got A 2004 Toyota Sienna here for 3k used it was high mileage and I swear it is the best vehicle I've ever had. You can certainly find one for even lower than what I paid. I've seen them as low as $1,600 just gotta keep an eye out for em. Never had any issues with it and it has so much space. I wish you guys so much luck on your journey. Every time I see you guys have a new video I click and I hope you guys are well and staying out of the heat.

If you are in the Bay area it is not too affordable. But I don't know what resources are out there. Housing is just bad everywhere. I don't believe that there are shelter's for couples.

And if that were to happen, you think people should see you as a failure and not acknowledge the hard work you’ve put in up to that point? Check with some of the storage company's the bigger ones they hire people for the office and taking care of the facility they have apartments or houses on site for managers I think public storage is one of them

But, things are changing now to where more people are living in RVS, buses and regular cars and turning them into a home but on wheels but I guess yes according to Federal Government if you don't live in a sticks and bricks of some sort you are considered homeless.
I was homeless at 50 for 8 months due to getting a divorce and housing. I had Section 8 and the woman from Housing liked my husband and he abandoned me and the apartment by rights that Section 8 should have been mine. Now Housing has me like a prisoner in their public housing and my health has gone down due to all kinds of problems. You can get in but you can’t leave. I have doctors notes lawyers calling them. They don’t care! I told one of the housing managers yesterday why don’t all you housing people come spend a night. I told him you wouldn’t even last a night. You can’t people slamming doors all hours of the night. It’s horrible! I want out now! I need peace and quiet. God bless the both of you. I hope things change for the good for you both. 🙏❤️

He seems supportive of you too. IDK why people say bad things. maybe they have issues or misunderstanding his body language. I have an idea for hot days...are you close to the beach? have bathing suit? Maybe you can cool off in the water and then sleep on the beach? I read about a nurse who worked nights and slept at the beach in the daytime? Also, do you have a place called Biolife or CSL Plasma?? If you donate plasma (you can do it every two to three days) and you can make 115 bucks. Jay might be too thin to do it. Not sure. You have to weight 110 pounds and the more you weigh, the more you can make because you make more plasma. Maybe that can help you???

@@jesandjay hey I just stumbled across this video and am unsure where you are located but I saw a comment mentioning you’re in San Francisco if that is true there is Pacifica state beach not too far where you can park overnight free after 8pm. It’s usually very cool there.
I wonder if you could look for jobs as a teacher sub just to bridge the gap? Easy to get and they pay a good amount since you go where needed through the schools. That is if you are okay with kids! My brother had no education in that regard and worked that position for a bit till he found another job. Schools are always looking for my staff. Also care homes! My mom is a nurses aid but at the place she works several of the ladies have no certs since not required at that facility. All the residents at her facility are able to walk and the like but cant live alone. They are also always needing staff! And if you guys are comfortable with driving, alot of ride companies and bus companies are looking for drivers and monitors! Just throwing some ideas out there since I know its hard to find what your options are place to place.
Hi there- I won’t apply for any position where I am responsible for the well being of children or elderly adults. I still suffer immensely from PTSD and have frequent severe panic attacks, dissociation, etc. I don’t think that’s a good idea right now

I wanted to clarify, as I understand you mentioned it is not possible to sleep overnight? But, that is the beauty...are you not allowed to sun bathe or pic nic at the beach you told me about? If so, why not get some nap time in the day, like maybe find a beach umbrella if possible because I know you mentioned getting sunburned...me too. But, the thought is you can at least get some sleep if not resting well at night. Since you would be visiting in the daytime, it's not camping, right? Sure, you have things but that could be part of the beach visit so how can they complain??? Let me know, though, if they have outlawed even just sunbathing and lunching at beaches now..if so, OMG the world is insane :/

Imagine having to live in your car, and you have a fully capable man next to you who can't even be useful enough to at least work, or hustle up some money to get you all a hotel or motel room. I don't understand how this can happen. 2 people capable of working, just get jobs anywhere. walmart is everywhere & they're always hiring. if you live in an area with high rent then move on, adapt to survive. in the midwest you can rent a studio for $500/month. and yes I understand debilitations, I have ptsd/anxiety/depression & lumbar scoliosis. everyone is dealing with major problems in life but we each still have to work & obtain the basics for ourselves.

Are you able to drive it everywhere, city to city etc everyday? We need to be able to to have a reliable driving car too, that can be driven daily

If you are in the Bay area it is not too affordable. But I don't know what resources are out there. Housing is just bad everywhere. I don't believe that there are shelter's for couples.

Check with some of the storage company's the bigger ones they hire people for the office and taking care of the facility they have apartments or houses on site for managers I think public storage is one of them

You have a car so you're not homeless, just houseless. Some people don't even have a safe place like a car to sleep in.
This should help you with your semantics:
Definition of homelessness:

But, things are changing now to where more people are living in RVS, buses and regular cars and turning them into a home but on wheels but I guess yes according to Federal Government if you don't live in a sticks and bricks of some sort you are considered homeless.
I was homeless at 50 for 8 months due to getting a divorce and housing. I had Section 8 and the woman from Housing liked my husband and he abandoned me and the apartment by rights that Section 8 should have been mine. Now Housing has me like a prisoner in their public housing and my health has gone down due to all kinds of problems. You can get in but you can’t leave. I have doctors notes lawyers calling them. They don’t care! I told one of the housing managers yesterday why don’t all you housing people come spend a night. I told him you wouldn’t even last a night. You can’t people slamming doors all hours of the night. It’s horrible! I want out now! I need peace and quiet. God bless the both of you. I hope things change for the good for you both. 🙏❤️

Hi Jes and Jay. I don't think Jay looks like all those bad things. He seems super patient, really attentive to you, sure a little tired, depressed etc but who wouldn't. He seems supportive of you too. IDK why people say bad things. maybe they have issues or misunderstanding his body language. I have an idea for hot days...are you close to the beach? have bathing suit? Maybe you can cool off in the water and then sleep on the beach? I read about a nurse who worked nights and slept at the beach in the daytime? Also, do you have a place called Biolife or CSL Plasma?? If you donate plasma (you can do it every two to three days) and you can make 115 bucks. Jay might be too thin to do it. Not sure. You have to weight 110 pounds and the more you weigh, the more you can make because you make more plasma. Maybe that can help you???

I wonder if you could look for jobs as a teacher sub just to bridge the gap? Easy to get and they pay a good amount since you go where needed through the schools. That is if you are okay with kids! My brother had no education in that regard and worked that position for a bit till he found another job. Schools are always looking for my staff. Also care homes! My mom is a nurses aid but at the place she works several of the ladies have no certs since not required at that facility. All the residents at her facility are able to walk and the like but cant live alone. They are also always needing staff! And if you guys are comfortable with driving, alot of ride companies and bus companies are looking for drivers and monitors! Just throwing some ideas out there since I know its hard to find what your options are place to place.
Hi there- I won’t apply for any position where I am responsible for the well being of children or elderly adults. I still suffer immensely from PTSD and have frequent severe panic attacks, dissociation, etc. I don’t think that’s a good idea right now

I'm going through the problem where everybody knows everybody else and they don't like new people who come to town .. only in the expensive places are there good jobs and non-judgmental people I used to be like well why do these people move to where they can't afford and then after living where I live now I understand completely. People want to go where the action is. If you're sitting in your house all day watching TV it's not a life

I read somewhere that for a influencer to see a comment, it has to be a fresh comment? So, this is in response to your response to my suggestion to sleep on the beach. I wanted to clarify, as I understand you mentioned it is not possible to sleep overnight? But, that is the beauty...are you not allowed to sun bathe or pic nic at the beach you told me about? If so, why not get some nap time in the day, like maybe find a beach umbrella if possible because I know you mentioned getting sunburned...me too. But, the thought is you can at least get some sleep if not resting well at night. Since you would be visiting in the daytime, it's not camping, right? Sure, you have things but that could be part of the beach visit so how can they complain??? Let me know, though, if they have outlawed even just sunbathing and lunching at beaches now..if so, OMG the world is insane :/
