@@kingcain8296 Yeah it does seem weird but police sometimes omit details they know to preserve their cases, so they may well have more evidence that he was involved that we aren’t privy to, we could be seeing only the parts of the video they want us to see. I think this is an attempt to get leads on these guys, they spent a lot of time showing us their faces and mannerisms, I think the main reason they showed the footage of the shooting was just to confirm to anyone who might know them that they did in fact shoot that night and they are capable of potentially deadly violence.

Either way, it would be very easy to give their identities anonymously, and likely, the young lady's too, if people care enough.

@@kingcain8296 Yeah it does seem weird but police sometimes omit details they know to preserve their cases, so they may well have more evidence that he was involved that we aren’t privy to, we could be seeing only the parts of the video they want us to see.
I think this is an attempt to get leads on these guys, they spent a lot of time showing us their faces and mannerisms, I think the main reason they showed the footage of the shooting was just to confirm to anyone who might know them that they did in fact shoot that night and they are capable of potentially deadly violence.

I don't believe that anyone ever receives any reward money, no matter how much the information provided helps. The only exception may be if the family is offering the reward. But that's just my feeling on the subject. Despite that, surely there are people out there in Philly, who know exactly who one or both of these guys are. Though I cannot see anything in the footage that involves the second guy in the shooting. Either way, it would be very easy to give their identities anonymously, and likely, the young lady's too, if people care enough.

If I go somewhere with you and I decide to shoot someone and you are with me I have just involved you in a crime. Next it all depends on how much suspect 2 knew and what his involvement was. If they suspect 1 and 2 knew someone they did not like was at this location and suspect 2 knew of a gun then suspect 2 will fo time. It all depends on the circumstances.

"PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Surveillance video was released Friday of two men wanted for a deadly double shooting outside a gentlemen's club in Philadelphia.
The shooting happened around 2:15 a.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of Club Risque on the 5900 block of Tacony Street.
Arriving officers located an unresponsive 32-year-old male shooting victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his head and left leg.
He was taken to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police were then notified of a second shooting victim, a 42-year-old male, who had been taken by a private car to Jefferson Frankford Hospital. He was pronounced dead a short time later.
Investigators say a group of four males, including at least one of the victims, was standing outside the club when another man passed them.
Police say the passerby got into a verbal altercation with one of the shooting victims.
Following the verbal altercation, police say the group of males jumped the other man and assaulted him.
Police say a friend of the man was a short distance away and saw what was happening.

Long story short, "Suspect 1" got aim and probably saved "Suspect 2's" life. A good lawyer could argue "Suspect 1" had every right to defend "Suspect 2" using deadly force of he felt "Suspect 2's" life was in danger.

Apparently there was a verbal altercation that led to it being physical. The friend u see talkin to security? He’s the one we see get a car from car and shoot. He shot at the group of guys and killed 2. The friend who was jumped ran off on foot.
We never see video of this. Only the guy shooting. Perhaps because two individuals died.
