Get an eye cup from the drugstore, Fill it 2/3 with tap water, Bend your head over the sink, Lightly apply the eye cup over your eye, Stand up and blink once or twice, Bend back over the sink and dump the water. Do the same thing 2 or 3 times for each eye. And stop rubbing your eyes! That's how you get corneal abrasions which hurt like the Dickens.
