Today I will prepared snacks. It is very easy and simple process. For, your better understanding I have written the procedure in bengali -
For dough:
Wheat flour 1.5 cup
Black cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
Ajwan 1/4 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
White oil 2 tablespoon
Water as required
For stuffing:
Boiled potato 3 medium size
Chopped coriander leaves 1 handful
Chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
Chhat masala 1 teaspoon
Sattu 2 tablespoon
White oil for deep frying
