  • Today I will prepared পান্তাভাত. It is very easy and simple process. For, your better understanding I have written the procedure in bengali -
    For pakoda:
    Chopped onion 2 medium size
    Some Black cumin seeds
    Some ajwan
    Besan 4 tablespoon
    1 Chopped green chilli
    Salt as per taste
    Baking soda 1 pinch
    Water as required
    White oil for deep frying.
    For aloo bharta:
    Mustard oil 1 tablespoon
    2 dry red chillies
    2 cloves of garlic
    Chopped onion 1 handful
    Chopped tomato 1 handful
    Salt as per taste
    2 medium size boiled potatoes
    Chopped coriander leaves 1 handful
