Unfortunately for her, laying on your back with your legs open, only works for the really pretty ones...Or, at least until you find a man with $, that isn't smart enough to use birth control...
1st one is my neighbor and you can see my house/truck in the video. I saw this truck rolling through one night when I couldn't sleep. Love watching his videos.
Me too! I take care of my big beater, keep it clean & no car payments. I'm happy daily! (This ofcourse, but the more Dumpy suffers, the happier I get!)
The headliner is coming down and the cover is coming off the door panels…those are no big issues. If I can get the water pump fixed it’ll be good for little longer. No payments and it goes from point a to point b and back.
Yep, my daily is an old Lexus ES has over 160k miles, and everything still works. There is nothing like a reliable, paid for vehicle. I did add a Pioneer cell phone compatible audio unit, displays Nav so I can be up to date. Love this old car!
@@g-mang-man7924 Yeah, my Dad gave me his 2010 GMC 4x4 Work Truck that was paid-off long ago...he's 97 yo and finally gave- his licence up, it's mine now.
The relief you must be feeling to finally get this repo!! Someone commented that if this “lady” worked as hard at getting a job to pay for the car as she did burning up gas and miles to avoid a repo…what a miracle that would be! I’d rather drive a hooptie ( as we all have at one point)- then be car poor! It’s not worth it And whether your car is old or new, expensive or cheaper- one big accident is all it takes to destroy it. Stay safe out there!
I just couldn't deliberately owe money and not pay. Once in my life I was in a pretty bad way with some debt and struggling to pay. So I contacted a local charity/welfare organisation and they talked to the creditors, in less than a day a plan was worked out that gave me some breathing space. Couple of months later I was back on my feet, back onto the normal payment schedule, and they eventually got paid out. Spoke to a rep who said they wished more people would just ask for some help, as it made their life easier, seems repossessing is a pain, and pretty expensive for them. Never hurt my credit rating either, although I don't need to borrow anymore. Gave that welfare organisation a nice donation as soon as I could... pay it forward and all that.
Collecting debts comes with a significant amount of agrevation. We regularly have people not pay, typically when their property development doesn't pan out and scammers suddenly think that even though we wouldn't share in the profits, we should definately share in the loss. Debt causes huge agrevation and negative emotions to be betrayed by someone through non-payment. The impacts can and have cost people their livelihood.
I used to REPO cars. I have several GPS devices that I can magnetically attach to a repo that is blocked in. I can set them so that I am notified if the car goes outside of a programed area. I then wait for the debtor to drive to work or go shopping and get the car then. It's amazing how well they work.
Back when I was a little kid, my dad worked as a manager for a finance company, the sort that makes high risk high interest (but legit) loans. When he had to repo, he just went to the guy's house, knocked on the door, and said "Bob, I gotta take the car.". No snatch trucks, no rollbacks, because they had not been invented in 1971.

If the laws stated they can't charge for failed attempts, that's the most likely reason they aren't doing that. Besides that, the bank or loan company that wants the car back is not going to want to pay for failed repo attempts. It doesn't make them any money, and they don't want another expense. If laws were changed, there would be a lot of abandoned repo listings.
You can't do that because it incentivizes failing to repossess a vehicle, which defeats the purpose of repossession in the first place. We don't punish people for being shitty people.
@@DonaldDeCicco *why? That person spends there time driving around wasting gas if they were at work making money instead of trying to waste gas to cheat the system, they would have money to pay for their car note.*
So ridiculous how much time and energy someone will waste trying to dodge the repoman instead of just making their timely payments. I get it, sometimes you have trouble and maybe can't afford the car. But that's why you try and get something that you can afford within your budget and try to pay it off ASAP. Otherwise something like this happens and sooner or later your car is gonna get yanked.
We had a van that got repo'd years ago, damn thing was a lemon from day one. It was always having problems & we was driving to get our kids to the bus for a band event & the tranny blew out, badly. We had it towed to my parents house since it was close & after arguing with them for some time they sent a truck for it. I did tell them to shove it up their a**. However, they moved my dad's truck over to the other side of the driveway to take it though. It was not purposely blocked in though but my dad was not happy. I dont think they can move someone else's car to get to the one to tow & unfortunately no one was there at the time. I had that van for 12 months & it was in the shop every single month for issues. Once we hit the 12th month, the tranny blew out. There was little pins from inside the tranny all in the oil pan. Dont ever buy a vehicle from JD Byrider. The tow company that took it also stole a library book that was sitting on the back seat.
Sadly its rough out there these days with America's jobs being sent overseas and all of the illegal activity going on that affects many actual citizens. That's not always the case with some people but these non-payment issues are for sure tied to the economy in a strong way. Here's to hoping that America can turn itself around.
Hard to imagine, buy a new car, do not make payments, run and hide it so they cannot repo. Wow! talk about entitled. I always pay cash for my cars, in fact, for everything. Best way, no debts, nobody running after me.

Drumbeats was awesome, shame they moved to a more remote locale. The added music and tinkle time was hilarious 😂🤣

They should be charged for every failed attempt to repo a car, punish them for trying to prevent you from getting it
How's that going to work? The bank pays the repo driver per car not by the hour
