Non-consensual has a nice ring to it, but as far as I can tell, every one of your tows was requested, legal, fulfilled a need, and or a handicap cheater. When I was in my twenties and didn’t know squat, I had a bad opinion of tow truck drivers and their business, but I was wrong. You do a great service that has value to me and the people around me.

You are NOT a bad guy. You perform a necessary, but unpopular service. People that make you the "bad guy" are a bunch of people that don't like rules. Parking rules are important. When the rules are enforced, then everyone that can follow them benefits. I used to be in the towing industry, and, spent way too much time being screamed at by people that thought the rules didn't apply to them. But, business owners, apartment managers, and tenants that needed parking, loved us. You are a great driver, and, it seems, a good person. Keep that up.

Years ago I knew an apartment manager who would clear the car's windshield of dust and dirt then apply a bright orange warning sticker that was 18 by 24 inches about the upcoming tow. Worked every time.
I watch too many TH-cam videos. As far a towing folks go. You are one of the kindest. You try to help when you can. You are upfront and honest telling people what they need To hear. Other tow drivers are nice and try to be funny. Telling people what the want to hear. Then make fun behind their backs.
I've watched every one of your videos. You are a very good person and excel at your profession. You are excellent at dealing with "hard to deal with" individuals. Without tow people like you, every apartment complex would have zero parking and be nothing but 100% junk cars. Most people don't realize that. I watch these videos only to watch you deal with the difficult people. Really, I don't care too much for videos like this one when there are no idiots for you to interact with. I can only afford a low rent apartment. When I see a car like that Acura or once even a brand new Dodge Charger, I just shake my head. I've seen fancy cars here and I've seen them sit needing repair and/or get repossessed. Seems to me that if these people bought cars they could afford they might still be on the road.
Yes Johnny, I know about it being a hard job. A few years ago I was needing the job buddy of mine was a tow trucker out of Marietta. So I spent a day with them on cold January day and no heat in the truck. We did a couple of consensual tows. And then we spent the rest of the day picking up and delivering rental equipment from a rental company. I about froze my butt off all day long and after my one day experience it just wasn't for me. That I certainly give you all the props in the world for the job you do on a daily basis. It's a tough job. I do enjoy your videos. Thanks very much
The person who called you "bad" is most likely a person who doesn't keep their registration and insurance current and gets towed a lot. They need to look in the mirror at who's truly the bad one.
I lived in Marietta for about 7-8 months back in 1973. Hot Atlanta, the underground, a bar I believe called Richards, that big hot dog place downtown, Kennesaw mountain, Stone mountain. Good times. Atlanta sure has changed in 50yrs.
Lived there 75-77. Lived in an apartment complex where IKEA is now. The hotdog place was the Varsity, over by Georgia Tech. A friend had a grand piano he bought from Atlanta Underground and had restored. Sure is a different world there now.

It's dangerous! I did repossession on cars in the early 90s and though it did pay well, it wasn't easy and you basically jumped rope on a razor blade.
