Hi, I like your sabre landings, but your 270 at katana are too low and too fast, little bit scary for me as old Katana pilot. You can develop more energy by slower turn... and of course start higher. My Ka107 was the flatest Ka I've ever had, and yours seems to be also flat:) Try to get RDS slider, shift your setup (point of manover) 150-200ft higher, add 2-3 seconds in turn. At this altitute I start my Ka97 90deg turns :) take care and have fun :)
I was thinking the same thing. That KA has a lot more to give if you slow down those turns. Especially the beginning of the turn. Look cool and have fun. Safety is always optional
@@lorenzoromagosa3828 Life just started happening. Went back to college part time while working full time. Bought a house. Got married. Just a change in priorities. I got to jumping a cv90 for a bit. I was doing fine on it, but realized I wasn’t as current as I had been in the past. I went back to Sabre 2 107 and still jump that. It’s fun to fly, can swoop it, opens nicely every time. This is probably where I’ll stay with my canopy selection. 1.8 WL*
90s on the Sabre 2 we’re like 400-450’. 270s on the katana we’re at ~650’. Seems like the 270s should be higher and the turns slower. Flying more consistent patterns for better setups and more consistent double front surges and slowing down my turns would be the next things for me to work on. Stay safeish and have fun man!!
Gettin’ it!
Swoop
