    So basically you're supposed to create a new workspace for every client rather than a channel within one broad generic workspace? And you invite the client as a team member for that workspace? Very helpful video but I'd appreciate if you had also addressed these two questions as they're essential for fully understanding the full process.

      Yeah I thought the same thing. I was hoping to have my Workspace and invite clients to channels, restricting access to communicate outside of that channel

      @@chrispham3 Yes, did some research and found you can upgrade to a premium account and invite external members to a specific channel
