- Part 2 is FINALLY HERE! Welcome to the end of this experience where I get to reveal the finished house to my parents. I'm so excited to share this with you - I hope you enjoy the laughs and love we all shared along the way. It really was a dream come true...
This project was the definition of a true labor of love. It began almost three years ago and still makes me emotional watching the journey back. I still can’t believe it really happened... Grampers, this one is for you and in honor of your legacy ❤️

Jessica & Lizzy seem more like sisters than BFFs and the authenticity of their relationship comes blasting thru. To be able to financially buy and rennovate a family home for your parents is quite a great feeling and embodiment of the "Honor Thy Mother and Father" to the max. Religion is not a noun but a verb and Jessica's love and humility is a prime example. Very moving vlog.

I cried so much watching this- you can see how emotional Jessica is. This is testament to the fact that houses are not about walls and big yards and decor but about memories and love. Bringing back their special pieces and being practical about livability. So happy it was possible to keep this home and modernise it for your parents. Beautiful episode.

The one thing that stands out for me is in this busy world of ours were everyone is going like 110 miles an hour never stopping to just enjoy life and your accomplishments. It was great to see that Jessica took the time ( 2 years) to make this dream come true for her parents.

Oh my what a stunning transformation to become your parents forever home. I thought it was so special how you used the wood from the fallen oak trees in parts of the house as a reminder of your nonno for your parents. The family moments of prayer , your father loving the study with the photo of his father and the tears of happiness warmed my heart so much. I love your nonna's bedroom so much. Your nonno is beaming with happiness and pride from heaven.

Warmth, Love and Respect. That’s what I see and feel when watching Jess’s family/Lizzy videos, humanity at its finest. It is so refreshing to see real people, Hollywood people keeping it real and still showing respect to others but also not allowing the swamp to devour them, so refreshing to see young ladies from Hollywood to have grace and dignity. My favorite part was seeing Jessica's father reaction towards seeing a picture of his dad. It brought me to tears. I know how that feels because i lost my dad in 2003 and i don't have any grandparents. But,i know they're resting in peace.

My great grandmother had a house with her husband and i loved how she had tons of pictures of the entire family. Her husbands, her , her mother, her own grandparents, then her grandchildren, great grandchildren. She definitely influenced me on how important mementos and memories are you have to pass those down.
