This is awesome, Could one use this for change request? If different team requires different persons to approve /reject, how do we set such rules if the change request is going to be use by different teams?
Great question. You sure can. You can create a new subtask for approval and that subtask is multi homed to a new project where that team (or individual) does their work.
Hi Maruis, Do you have a video on how to build this type of template/workflow. I want to use a workflow like this where the sections are used as status "To Do, In Progress, To Be Approved, Done".
I don’t have a video on that specifically, but it all depends on how you setup your rules. The sections won’t matter, so long as you tell Asana what actions you want your tasks to trigger when they move to each section. Hope that helps!
I'll add that to my list to answer in a future office hours segment. Great question. I would start out by saying that you should use custom fields for the different metrics and data that you want to track. How far have you gone with building out this solution?
Hi, thanks for watching! I have a solution for multiple approvers in a workflow. Check out one of my recent videos for a workaround (How to Manage Your Marketing Content Approvals with Asana) th-cam.com/video/leW8FnRpXzQ/w-d-xo.html I hope it helps!

Thank you, Marquis, this content is awesome and super helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
This is great. I am looking to use this as a transaction management system for my real estate brokerage if you have any tips or tricks on that :)

Hi! What about if it needs to pass from approver to approver? Do you have a solution for multiple approvers?
I also would like this question answered, since only one person can be assigned at a time.
