Nice video! I recently bought 2 pomades, one from Uppercut Matt Pomade, which is very nice smelling, but is too weak for my hair and doesn't hold it. I also bought Reuzel Extreme Hold Matte, the grey one, which is nice smelling and hold my hair very well. From this description, which of all Reuzel Pomades I should try?
From what you see, I need a stronger one. Which are strong, which are weaker?

I'd put it into the 3rd place in a wb list.
    1. Zeus
    2. Admiral
    3. Reuzel Blue

    Hi men, great channel!
If you had to choose one: Reuzel Blue vs Suavecito Strong Hold wich you choose?
Thanks man, you gained 1 subscriber

I'm a sucker for Suavecito because it was the first pomade I really got into so I'd probably go with that if I had to choose. But both are great choices. I like the scent on the suavecito better too.

It is more a butterscotch scent than vanilla. I mean I’m sure it has vanilla notes but not in it of itself. Scent is one of the best out there and last all day even the following day after washing out it lingers nicely.

Hmmm yeah I didn’t get butterscotch out of it. Very heavy vanilla woodsy to me. But to each their own. It’s a great scent nonetheless

Can u do a review on the ruezel concrete matte pomade and how would u compare it against the uppercut matte pomade. I used the uppercut matte pomade n liked it but wish the hold was better. I’m thinking of trying the ruezel concrete

No shit it holds, you used easily 4 or 5 times the MAX amount you should use for your hair amount.

does it dry hard like normal water base pomade ?

    • @chanthebarber_1
      @chanthebarber_1  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

From what I can remember when I used it last it does dry a little harder than I like but better than a Sauvecito type. But I recently tried the Grim Grease Water Based and that's probably the best water based I have tried. It does not dry hard at all but holds your hair great! I'm putting a review of that up next week!

Does water based pomade cause acne?? I've noticed since I started using hair products. My face acne broke out

It can if you sleep with it in. I have found more times that not if I wash it out before bed…I don’t really see acne.

Anything occlusive can trap dirt/pollutants in your skin so you should make sure to always cleanse your skin before going to bed. The fact that it’s water based might help, making it easier to remove it from your skin.
I haven’t used this product so I can’t tell out of experience if it causes acne or not. Definitely use salicylic acid in your skincare routine to keep your pores unclogged.
