1- Note that this video is mainly "if" you forgot to get the egg AFTER you did the HEIST questline. Otherwise, you should be able to get the EGG while you are doing the Heist quest.
2- You FIRST need to do the quest "Playing for Time" which is a main job and the first one for Act 2. ( or you won't see the egg while you do the Heist quest )
3- Once you place the egg in your apartment, you'll have to wait 90 days in-game til it hatch into an full Iguana.
