I lost my mother a few days ago due to heart failure, she was far too young to leave this world. Thx Jari for making this beautiful song, it helps me to process it. The next time you see your loved ones, friends and family, hold them tight again. Because you never know when it's time. Enjoy the holidays everyone.⭐
The whole song is a masterpiece, but the finnish part at the end is otherwordly, I probably replayed that part a million times. hank you Jari and all the members and people who have worked on this magificient album, it was more than worth the wait.
"The seasons are passing like days" Such a fitting metaphor for life and specially Wintersun fans. Remembering life as a teenager when I was 16 and listening to Time I, and now comparing it to being 28 and still listening to Wintersun and part 2 of this masterpiece. Thank you Jari❤️
That whole song after when the erhu melody and scream enters at 7:44 is some of the strongest emotions I have ever heard from music, what a perfect way to end the whole album!

When listening to Time II for the first time I had a listening party with a friend. We were really into the whole thing, and then the fabled Silver Leaves finally comes on, and we both just shut up for the whole song. I wasn't thirsty but I was drinking water just to try and not burst out crying in the middle of it. Then later on I listened to it by myself and just let the waterworks fly. Thank you Wintersun for this amazing listening experience that is Time II.
For me, it´s impossible not to cry at the 7:36 part. My god, what a way to close the journey. And the second part in finnish, the backing vocals arrange are a god damn masterpiece. Just beautiful. Thanks for everything Jari. I´m glad I lived in the Wintersun part of history.
I’m weeks away from finishing my PhD. It’s been a long, arduous journey, full of joy and suffering, laughter and tears. I will leave a piece of me in these silver leaves. Kiitos, Jari! The verses in Finnish reach my soul.
This is the most beautiful song I have heard in quite some time. What a marvelous adventure to listen to Time 2 for the first time and arriving at this song.
Silver Leaves is just so incredible. I love your subtle attention to detail in the booklet for this song, to have your Kimono folded right side over left, Jari you never cease to amaze.
I didn’t think Jari could compose a song that could top Time, but he did it. The structure is not as complex and is rather linear, but the richness of the harmony and the buildup is incredible, and it perfectly concludes the Time saga.
Jari, I find this new album, especially this song transcendental. Absolutely amazing. Art takes different forms and interpretation by the beholder, but for me it's a journey through life, love, struggles and for hard-earned wisdom. From composition, to sound design, everything works in perfect harmony and builds upon one another. Not many songwriters/musicians tackle the nature of time, much less can capture the sorrow/melancholy associated with it, but you did it perfectly. I wish you, and all my Finnish brothers another 100 years of health, peace and joy. Thank you for this experience and journey. Much love from your distant Hungarian cousins!
I recently discovered Wintersun, during the last two months, and Jari's music hasn't stopped playing since. It's the first time in many years, that music has ignited my imagination, bringing back lost memories, fond memories, images of dark woods and long, endless winters (the things that I love most, in fact.) I can't say how grateful I am that I got to know this music.
In my opinion, a strong contender for the greatest song anyone's ever made. I typically prefer Wintersun's faster stuff and think that is where Jari is generally at his best, but this is on an entirely different level to literally anything else musically, and it is as irritating as it is sad that many metalheads will never get to experience it. I bought the pre-order and have listened to Time II pretty much every day since - Silver Leaves took me a while to digest, but after taking some time (sorry) to do so it's probably the greatest song I've ever heard. Mestariteos. Paljon rakkautta Iso-Britanniasta!
@@willyrosenkrantz8037 Totally forgot about that, but One with the Shadows is 1/2 a black metal song. Listen to the demo from the Jari Maenppaa III demo album. Its literally a black metal song, the chorus has been added later.
Alright so, I've been sitting on this comment for a long while, waiting for the official video to release, so my apologies if it drags on. I simply have way too many thoughts and feelings regarding this song. First of all: this is a masterpiece. But I only say that because I don't think we have a stronger word as of now that would indicate an absolute masterclass when it comes to art. This goddamn song made me lose the pathetic scraps of what was acting as the rational part of my brain when I listened to it for the first time. I already wrote it under the TIME PACKAGE release video but let me reiterate: listening to Silver Leaves for the first time under the starry sky was a religious experience, hands down. Second of all: it's without a doubt one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard in my entire life, and trust me when I say I heard a lot of music, haha. Everything is just _flawless_, I don't think I can put it any other way. Jari, if you're reading this, know I literally love you for writing Silver Leaves in B flat major, it has to be my second favourite scale. I can't help but love its wonderful empowering sound. Together with Silver Leaves' message it's nothing short of perfection. Do I even need to mention that TIME II, but this piece in particular, single-handedly inspired and motivated me to take my old dream of learning the erhu more seriously? I refuse to leave this world before I manage to play Silver Leaves on erhu under a flowering sakura tree. That much is certain. I genuinely cannot even put into words how I feel about this song, I have just way too many conflicting emotions, but they're conflicting in the most beautiful way imaginable, if it makes sense. At first, of course, the only things I felt were utter hype and amazement at just _how insanely marvellous_ this song is, but as the hype wore off, I started experiencing other emotions as well, and I can't say with 100% certainty that I like all the implications behind these feelings. Mainly because Silver Leaves has an air of finality to it; you listen to it and you somehow KNOW it's a definitive end to something, to an era. Which is obviously very fitting, as it's the closing song of the entire TIME story, but for me personally it has other (yet similar) meanings. Mostly because your guys' music is a HUGE part of my biggest art project, which I only half-jokingly call my magnum opus, and Silver Leaves, in a way, makes me feel as though it's also the closing song for the entire project. And that's very bittersweet. Silver Leaves also has the aura of acceptance and reconciliation. Which again, makes perfect sense in the album's context, considering it comes after Storm. (May I also add here that Storm's "ending" / Silver Leaves initial "intro" on that previous track is utterly gorgeous, bless you guys for the isolated tracks so that I could make myself a version of Silver Leaves with that ending bit from Storm). I can't help but wonder what TIME's story is actually supposed to be about? Because naturally, as I have mentioned previously, I have my own interpretations of nearly every Wintersun song that fit my characters and their stories, but I'm nevertheless insanely curious as to what the original story is supposed to be and who is the character speaking in the songs. Who did they lose and what are they searching for? I genuinely can't remember now if it has been elaborated on somewhere, maybe in an interview, but I'd love to learn more. But in a way, it's also a very uplifting and hopeful song, which is where the contradiction I spoke about comes into play. It's almost like a reminder that even though some things are inevitably lost to time, there is still so much more to come and it's important to be grateful for every single moment. I can definitely feel peace while listening to Silver Leaves, even if I teared up way too many times going through it. Jari: your music is truly out of this world and I refuse to believe you don't have friends in other dimensions who share their own music with you and THAT'S where you take your inspiration from lol. Thank you, and all other guys obviously, for blessing me and countless others with Silver Leaves and the entire TIME saga in general, you have no idea how perfect it all is and how much it means to me as an artist. *Thank you for everything.* Silver Leaves definitely rivals When Time Fades Away + Sons of Winter and Stars as my all-time favourite Wintersun song now. I knew it'd be a great piece since Jari himself was very excited about it but it has exceeded all my expectations in ways I have never imagined. And the Finnish part at the end was a genius move, sometimes I replay just this one bit many a time or listen to just the vocal layer of it. The harmonies, man. They're insane. I don't know how to end this comment, I honestly feel like I could ramble like this for hours. It's just such a beautiful and meaningful song, words don't do it justice. I'm sure I'm not the only one who will cherish Silver Leaves forever. 🩵
The whole album is a masterpiece.. But listening to ominous cloud/storm and silver leaves all togheter is just perfect.. The calm after the storm...be in peace with ourself . Feeling Zen each time
Wintersun never fails to amaze me with their epic sound and powerful lyrics. 'Silver Leaves' is such a hauntingly beautiful song that really resonates with me. The atmosphere they create is just mesmerizing. Can't get enough of this masterpiece! 🤘🏼
I have listened Time 2 on average 2-3 times a day since the release and i just can't get enough of it. Silver leaves is the perfect finale of Time and the lyrics hit sooo hard.
It's such a mesmerizing track! Wintersun really knows how to blend those epic melodies with deep, emotional lyrics. Every time I listen, I feel like I'm transported to another world. The way they create such a rich atmosphere is just mind-blowing! The layers of sound are incredible! It’s like each listen reveals something new, whether it’s the intricate guitar work or the powerful orchestration. It’s definitely one of those songs that sticks with you long after it’s over. I find myself humming it throughout the day! 🎸💫
During the release I said that this album made me cry without any other reason than just the pure emotion that the album made me feel as I didn't have anything personal going on at that moment. But not long after my grandmother passed away anot long after that my ex broke up with me. The album helped me feel the emotions I had to feel and this beautiful song helped me find closure and be at peace with that these things happen... All of the songs hit me, all of them keep coming back in my day to day life, but this beautiful piece of art does so the most... The words just mean so much and are so beautifully poetic that they can apply to many different scenarios (for example the previous 2 completely different scenarios I described in which the song helped me process... In both of these scenarios the same words ended up having different meanings). But even when I struggle to motivate myself, I repeat the lines "Time is flowing so fast, and soon there'll be nothing left of us. The more we wait, the more we regret. So please don't wait anymore." I keep repeating some of the lines to my friends, and other people I know. I keep recommending it to everyone. Even to people that don't like metal. And usually I'm not really a lyrics type of person as I find it harder to listen to the words than to the melodies. But the words of this album just hit so hard and so personal that they stand out above even the mind-blowing beautiful composition. Another very underrated part of the album is how patient it is: Fields of snow, Ominous Clouds, how storm slowly transitions into Silver Leaves and how Silver Leaves ends with a lingering wind, seawaves and wind chimes. It's like the album warms you up for a long journey, and gives you much needed time to process and sit with all the emotions that went through you. In a time where artists pump out music so fast, and everything is so focused on short term dopamine releases, this album focuses more on taking all your attention away and taking you on a journey and takes it's time to do so... It gives you time to process things while we all live in a society that doesn't really do this at all. Everything just keeps going going going and nothing will wait for you, eventhough sometimes a little time is all you need... This album feels like it takes a lifetime in tbe best way possible while when you actually look at the time you're surprised how little time has passed. It may not last an actual lifetime, but you're sure as hell it will stay with you for that long, because as time changes, the words of this album with grow with you. A long long journey that ends peacefully only for it to loop nack right into TIME I and the cycle continues, just as life continues, there'll be many storms in your life, there'll be many fires in your life, as you'll also witness many beautiful gardens with Silver Leaves in it.... TIME II perfectly encapsulates time... It's not an ordinary album. It's musical rollercoaster and an absolutely beautiful piece of art. And to many of us a piece of history. Thank you very much for this. Kiitos Jari! ❤️
Very fulfilling conclusion to Time. I've probably listened to the album 50 times since I got the Time package link, and I'll listen to it 50 more when I get a new hi-fi audio setup later this month. Looking forward to whatever's next for Wintersun.
Speechless... I just cannot find words for such emotion... some sort of a spiritual and emotional journey, deeper than many meditative work through a hypnotic repetition of chords like cosmic coming and going of waves with so much detail and progressions I’m just engulfed by the whole experience...
For music like this and this small little things is worthing to live and fighting. Even in this often cruel and brutal world it's always light in the darkness. Thank you Jari ❤
Dear Jari, thank you very much for this new superb album..and all the other gifts u gave us. I never lost hope for Time2, always believed in you. With all this hatred starting to grow over the years..i knew it..i knew you would come back and blew everyones mind again. Keep up the good work, keep on dreaming, keep on doing it in ur own time until u are happy with the result. Keep on flying thru the stars, my dragonheart brother
This song took a little while to sink in for me; I think it's mostly because I didn't know what to expect. Once I'd absorbed and understood it, it really is absolutely beautiful. One of my favourite parts is simple, but works so perfectly: When you sing the melody at the end, going between chest voice and falsetto, with the exaggerated vibrato (9:24) If it weren't for the isolated tracks, I wouldn't have been able to fully appreciate the detail you put into these songs, so thank you, again.
The song ended up being quite different from what I had had imagined so I wasn't sold on it initially. Part of me was a bit disappointed because of it. But now I love it very much :)
Stumbled upon this album by pure chance and have now listened to Time 1 & 2 on repeat for the past 2 months. The albums just get better and better with each listen. Thank you so much for creating such beautiful music!
Finally, the last lyric video of TIME II. Ah, Silver Leaves, what an imagery to end this journey of TIME. After the album came out, I translated the English lyrics into Chinese immediately. But the Finnish part, god, that sensation just can't be translated. So I just leave it there. Remembered that in one interview you said:"I actually wanted to sing in Chinese or Japanese, but I don't speak those languages so I thought: Well maybe Finnish is the next best thing." Such a brilliant choice. Just want you to know Jari that I, and a lot of Chinese people, LOVE your composition and lyrics very very much, it's so beautiful and transcendent. Thank you, for your magnificent work.
Sliver Leaves 银叶 The morning wind 晨风拂面 Oh, it whispers so carefully 它轻柔地向我低诉着 It's so quiet here 此处最静谧 Yet thunder roars at the dark mountains 可远山正有雷暴肆虐 The seasons are passing like days 四季更迭流转不断 And I feel the coldness surrounding me 我觉身边生起阵阵寒气 A long, long sleep 一场酣眠 Is all that I need now 才顺我意 Time is flowing so fast 百年几多时 And soon, there's nothing left of us 焚木成灰君何在? The more we wait, the more we regret 岁月不待,少年不再 So please don't wait anymore 请别留下遗憾 Tides will bring new life 年年后浪推前浪 But tomorrow, it all could be over 人生天地,如白驹过隙 I've got so much in my life 我这一世已得了许多 But all I can think and all I can see is you 可所见所思所梦皆是你 Stormy skies surrounding me now 抬头又见乌云盖 And soon everything will turn into dark 万物归寂日月晦 But I still see the beauty inside your eyes 仍见君目炯有神 And when I die, I'm buried with the silver leaves 死葬银叶入觉来 If only, if only I could understand my dreams 如果,如果我能参透我的梦 If only, if only I could understand my dreams 如果,如果我能参透我的梦 Watching alone the purple-blue sky 起身独望紫气天 I feel so blind without stars in the night 群星匿迹使人迷 Standing alone here, just waiting to die 立于此地,兀自凋亡 It's so dark here without your shining light 漆黑如墨,不见君光 Can't you see that I'm trying? 可看到我奋袂而起? Can't you see that I'm trying? 可看到我悲鸣哀泣? Can't you see that I'm dying…… 可看到我含泪咽气…… Shine like the sun before time fades away 时光洪流中尽情闪耀吧 Behind the horizon, I will wait for you 我会在彼岸为君守候 There's still a little time left, but if I should die 仍有些许时光回顾我这一生 Know that I fought so hard and died a warrior's death 也曾披荆斩棘,死以猛士之姿 If only, if only I could understand my dreams 如果,如果我能参透我的梦 If only, if only I could cross the stormy seas 只要,只要我能跨越那翻涌咆哮的海洋 Joskus näen sut vielä uudestaan Mut aikani on lopussa Jätän palasen minusta Luo hopeisten lehtien Joskus kuulen vielä hiljaisuuden Täyttävän tämän tyhjyyden Ja lopulta hautaudun luo hopeisten lehtien Joskus näen sut vielä uudestaan Mut aikani on lopussa Jätän palasen minusta Luo hopeisten lehtien Joskus kuulen vielä hiljaisuuden Täyttävän tämän tyhjyyden Ja lopulta hautaudun luo hopeisten lehtien
I'm more familiar with Japanese so part of me wishes Jari would have learned some Japanese for this song, but the Finnish part is also magnificent and I'm very happy about it
@@Patralgan Well at first I too thought about how it would sound like if he sings Chinese verses :) After I heard the full song, it just blow up my mind. The reason why now I think Finnish is the best choice is that Jari himself is from Finland, by using his own native language, he is actually interpreting western culture & music in his own way (singing in Finnish), that's something I really like to see, a great example of cultural exchange and integration. Also it reminds me of Lai Lai Hei.
Such a beautiful song. I love the overall message this song is saying. Especially the “The more we wait, the more we regret” part. We all have limited time on this earth and we all should make use of it while we can because as we get older, it gets harder to do things. Time flies. I love the Finnish (I think) lyrics at the end. I don’t understand them but I can tell they’re powerful and emotional. Thank you, Jari. I hope your next album is soon!
Finally, silver leaves ❤ Jari, I hope you plan to add more finnish lyrics to your further Wintersun songs because it fits perfectly into this majestic metal music!
havent listened to anything other than Wintersun after august 30th. Hell i could listen to Time I & Time II for the rest of my live without missing other music. That being said dont take that as an excuse to not release more stuff jari XD. You release, I will buy, it is as simple as that. I truly am grateful for all the passion and energy you put into music and thus creating music that truly connects with at least my soul. I will always support you for that
I thought I got over the feeling of the song after thousands of listens but seeing this video…man, it felt like the first time all over again. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Thanks Jari for this.
Translation of the Finnish part at the end of the song: Sometimes I’ll see you again But my time is ending I leave a piece of myself Among the silver leaves Sometimes I still hear the silence Filling this emptiness And in the end, I’ll be buried Among the silver leaves
Loved these lyric videos @WintersunJari! Its a whole new way to experience this album. So many great moments in each of these songs its nearly impossible to pick a favorite, but this might be mine. So much powerful emotion and melody, and an incredibly epic end of 48 minutes and 37 seconds of pure bliss. The rain and wind at the end is so peaceful yet refreshing at the same time!! I'll be listening to this album for many many years. Can't wait for the next adventure 🍻
I already knew it's going to be fire the moment i saw Wintersun. You are a gem Jari , another beautiful masterpiece, as always . So much Love form India .
Again with another masterpiece. Can't wait for the reactions :) By the way, these lyric videos and the art are great! Keep making them, at this point this is a Wintersun thing.
Wow, I have chills from the start till the end. And tears in my eyes. This song really hits me insite. So wonderfull. Love it. And really hope that the Albums you're working will be as great as Time II. Thanks for all your marveless work and the other members from Wintersun. 🥰🤘🫶🔥
Incredible song from an incredible album by an incredible band. I cant wait to hear what new music he's been working on since Time 2 was written more than 10 years ago.
This is the highest bar ever set by music. I can hardly get through this song without welling up with the most pure pristine beautiful profound emotion. It's fucking unbelievable. In my opinion, the only competitors would be some songs off Ocean Machine by Devin Townsend.
The only thing I was hoping for more with this song, having wondered what it would be like, was more of a huge vocal performance. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful and my favorite song on the album, I just wish you had belted out some more parts like 7:38. Maybe that's what makes that specific line so powerful though, that it was only sung that way once?

Hopeiset Lehdet
Oi kunpa, oi kunpa uniani ymmärtää voisin
Yksin purppuransinistä taivasta katselen
Ilman tähtiä yön niin sokeaksi itseni tunnen
Yksin täällä seison, vain kuolemaa odottelen
Niin pimeää tääl on, ilman valoasi loistavaa
Etkö nää, että mä yritän
Etkö nää, että mä yritän
Etkö nää, että mä kuolen
Ennen kun aika pois haihtuu, paista lailla auringon
Sua odotan, takana horisontin
Viel vähän aikaa on, mutta jos kuolisin
Tiedä, että taistelin ja kuolin lailla soturin
Oi kunpa, oi kunpa uniani ymmärtää voisin
Oi kunpa, oi kunpa yli myrskyisten merten matkata voisin
Joskus näen sut vielä uudestaan
Mut aikani on lopussa
Jätän palasen minusta
Luo hopeisten lehtien
Joskus kuulen vielä hiljaisuuden
Täyttävän tämän tyhjyyden
Ja lopulta hautaudun luo hopeisten lehtien
Very nice translation. Kiitos!

Mestariteos. Paljon rakkautta Iso-Britanniasta!
@davidtheoafwizard i mean wintersun songs require multiple listens to understand all the parts this song and one with shadows is the best I have heard
The big 4 ballads of Wintersun: Death and the Healing, Land of Snow and Sorrow, Loneliness (Winter) and now Silver Leaves! Thank you Jari.
Considero que One With the Shadows es otra gran balada pero más Heavy.
@@willyrosenkrantz8037 Totally forgot about that, but One with the Shadows is 1/2 a black metal song. Listen to the demo from the Jari Maenppaa III demo album. Its literally a black metal song, the chorus has been added later.
The closure we've all been waiting for!..
Incredible album, Jari. Thank you.
By far one of the best wintersun songs ever
7:42 onwards just pure magic. Thank you Jari!
This is so esoteric, ethereal and evocative. Absolutely phenomenal and I'm blessed that this has been willed into the world.
I have waited my whole life for this. The Time saga is officially complete.
probably my favourite vocal style Wintersun has done
The whole album is a masterpiece..
But listening to ominous cloud/storm and silver leaves all togheter is just perfect..
The calm after the storm...be in peace with ourself .
Feeling Zen each time
Listening 1db dynamic version of this at naistenklinikka last friday, hours after my daughters birth, it was something out of this world. Kiitos Jari!
Tää biisi todellakin tuo syvällisen rauhan tunteen ruumiiseen ja henkeen. Onnittelut! 🤍
@Shadowsdeity Sitä se nimenomaan tuo! Kiitän!
Onnea! ❤️
Congrats on the baby!
Who's cutting onions in here?? 😭🤧
Can’t you see that I’m crying at 7.38 onwards - what a scream
It's such a mesmerizing track! Wintersun really knows how to blend those epic melodies with deep, emotional lyrics. Every time I listen, I feel like I'm transported to another world. The way they create such a rich atmosphere is just mind-blowing! The layers of sound are incredible! It’s like each listen reveals something new, whether it’s the intricate guitar work or the powerful orchestration. It’s definitely one of those songs that sticks with you long after it’s over. I find myself humming it throughout the day! 🎸💫
I'm singing this song very often when I'm outside, especially the Finnish part :)
2½ months in and I've barely listened anything else than this album (both parts). I can't get enough of it.
Best song of all time. So blessed to be alive to listen this
Very fulfilling conclusion to Time. I've probably listened to the album 50 times since I got the Time package link, and I'll listen to it 50 more when I get a new hi-fi audio setup later this month. Looking forward to whatever's next for Wintersun.
I'm from 🇻🇳
I really like this song and I listen to it everyday!!!!
This song is so beautiful it hurts.
One of my favourite parts is simple, but works so perfectly: When you sing the melody at the end, going between chest voice and falsetto, with the exaggerated vibrato (9:24)
If it weren't for the isolated tracks, I wouldn't have been able to fully appreciate the detail you put into these songs, so thank you, again.
Share it!
Same. I don't need anything else in my life, at least music-wise
Sliver Leaves 银叶
The morning wind
晨风拂面
Oh, it whispers so carefully
它轻柔地向我低诉着
It's so quiet here
此处最静谧
Yet thunder roars at the dark mountains
可远山正有雷暴肆虐
The seasons are passing like days
四季更迭流转不断
And I feel the coldness surrounding me
我觉身边生起阵阵寒气
A long, long sleep
一场酣眠
Is all that I need now
才顺我意
Time is flowing so fast
百年几多时
And soon, there's nothing left of us
焚木成灰君何在?
The more we wait, the more we regret
岁月不待,少年不再
So please don't wait anymore
请别留下遗憾
Tides will bring new life
年年后浪推前浪
But tomorrow, it all could be over
人生天地,如白驹过隙
I've got so much in my life
我这一世已得了许多
But all I can think and all I can see is you
可所见所思所梦皆是你
Stormy skies surrounding me now
抬头又见乌云盖
And soon everything will turn into dark
万物归寂日月晦
But I still see the beauty inside your eyes
仍见君目炯有神
And when I die, I'm buried with the silver leaves
死葬银叶入觉来
If only, if only I could understand my dreams
如果,如果我能参透我的梦
If only, if only I could understand my dreams
如果,如果我能参透我的梦
Watching alone the purple-blue sky
起身独望紫气天
I feel so blind without stars in the night
群星匿迹使人迷
Standing alone here, just waiting to die
立于此地,兀自凋亡
It's so dark here without your shining light
漆黑如墨,不见君光
Can't you see that I'm trying?
可看到我奋袂而起?
Can't you see that I'm trying?
可看到我悲鸣哀泣?
Can't you see that I'm dying……
可看到我含泪咽气……
Shine like the sun before time fades away
时光洪流中尽情闪耀吧
Behind the horizon, I will wait for you
我会在彼岸为君守候
There's still a little time left, but if I should die
仍有些许时光回顾我这一生
Know that I fought so hard and died a warrior's death
也曾披荆斩棘,死以猛士之姿
If only, if only I could understand my dreams
如果,如果我能参透我的梦
If only, if only I could cross the stormy seas
只要,只要我能跨越那翻涌咆哮的海洋
Joskus näen sut vielä uudestaan
Mut aikani on lopussa
Jätän palasen minusta
Luo hopeisten lehtien
Joskus kuulen vielä hiljaisuuden
Täyttävän tämän tyhjyyden
Ja lopulta hautaudun luo hopeisten lehtien
Joskus näen sut vielä uudestaan
Mut aikani on lopussa
Jätän palasen minusta
Luo hopeisten lehtien
Joskus kuulen vielä hiljaisuuden
Täyttävän tämän tyhjyyden
Ja lopulta hautaudun luo hopeisten lehtien
I'm more familiar with Japanese so part of me wishes Jari would have learned some Japanese for this song, but the Finnish part is also magnificent and I'm very happy about it
@@Patralgan Well at first I too thought about how it would sound like if he sings Chinese verses :)
After I heard the full song, it just blow up my mind.
Superbe chanson. Comme toutes celles que vous chantez. C'est un véritable plaisir de vous écouter. Cette photo est une beauté. Merci JARI. ❤🇨🇵🇫🇮
Finally, silver leaves ❤
Jari, I hope you plan to add more finnish lyrics to your further Wintersun songs because it fits perfectly into this majestic metal music!
this is truly a MASTERPIECE!
It's so beatiful, like human's mind finding at last the peace through the chaotic turbulences 😃
Just got off from work and noticed new upload from Wintersun. Best way to start my weekend.
Hyvää viikonloppua Jari ja kiitokset upeasta musiikista!
The beauty of this song is beyond words
"Please don't wait anymore". The irony of this line
havent listened to anything other than Wintersun after august 30th. I will always support you for that
99.9% of the music that I've listened since August 30th has been Time I 2.0 and Time II. It's all I need and it never gets old.
haha same here.... i could even hear the legendary demos properly till now
@Patralgan You should listen to his Fantasy Metal Project album it's incredible
...and here we Conclude Time II. Thank you for the amazing journey Jari
Much love from Malaysia 🇲🇾
Your voice is incredible in this song. It's my favorite song of yours to sing.
Oh my God Jari you have created another epic song for us and we thank you for this! LOVE the lyrics and the good old Wintersun Melodic!
I've signed into a different account just to like it again.
I thought I got over the feeling of the song after thousands of listens but seeing this video…man, it felt like the first time all over again. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Thanks Jari for this.
Translation of the Finnish part at the end of the song:
Sometimes I’ll see you again
But my time is ending
I leave a piece of myself
Among the silver leaves
Sometimes I still hear the silence
Filling this emptiness
And in the end, I’ll be buried
Among the silver leaves
"Can't you see that I'm dying" hit me like an avalanche...
I'll have to use this entire video as my computer wallpaper 🥺 so beautiful...🥺💜
Fantastic!!
Jokaisen pitäisi nauttia annos Wintersunia ainakin kolme kertaa viikossa niin maailma olisi parempi paikka.
Gorgeous lyric video for a stunningly beautiful song! Perfect ending to the album. Cannot wait to see what you do in the future, have a lovely day!
Чистий оргазм для моїх вух 😍
When TIME fades away, it will end with Silver Leaves and hopefully loop again😊
Kiitos Jari 🤘
Greetings from Denmark 🇩🇰🇫🇮
It's so cool, how it seems calm compared other Time II songs, but hits the hardest. Greatest Wintersun song ever
I yet have to encounter a Wintersunsong that doesnt leave me in awe...
An exceptional forger of masterpieces, Yari is
x
Such a badass song. Love it. Absolutely love it.
A masterpiece.❤👏👍👊
The song, the album, the TIME journey... just thank you Jari.... cheers from Chile!!!
Glorious🖤
Nagyon jó sikerült zene!
I can't describe how i feel while listening this song. It's my safe place..
There's no way to describe it, this is music in its purest form, a masterpiece!
Time II is a masterpiece
Mesmerizing... your chanting is like a beautiful melody dancing in the air; your voice is the most expressive and beautiful in all its forms. 🖤
I already knew it's going to be fire the moment i saw Wintersun. You are a gem Jari , another beautiful masterpiece, as always . So much Love form India .
Chills every time i listen this
One of the greatest songs from Jari... just amazing.
Absolute masterpiece of an album capped off by this incredible epic song.
Masterpiece ❤
Again with another masterpiece. Can't wait for the reactions :) By the way, these lyric videos and the art are great! Keep making them, at this point this is a Wintersun thing.
Wow brother. Glorious ❤
Wow, I have chills from the start till the end. And tears in my eyes. This song really hits me insite. So
wonderfull. Love it. And really hope that the Albums you're working will be as great as Time II. Thanks for all your marveless work and the other members from Wintersun. 🥰🤘🫶🔥
Such a masterpiece. Thank you Wintersun
Another Masterpiece! album bought, together with The Forest Seasons
Such a masterwork of music here.
Thank you jari. Your music is an important part of my life ❤
As many others obiously does, I love the transition after 7:30 and the following part in suomi.
Thank you Jari, I know you spent a lot of Time on these lyric videos! Finally the journey is at its end.
