Just an addendum. I did base this version heavily on the Dracula X version due to some harmonies sounding a bit grating with the instruments. Also an attempt was made to make the song sound a bit crustier to emulate the GBA's sound output limitations by resampling the instruments.
A note on the "crustyness" of GBA Sound. The GBA lacks any sort of sound hardware beyond the legacy sound generator for GB/C backwards compatibility. All audio is multiplexed in software, so available bitrate and depth for the samples are determined by the amount of free cycles on the CPU and how the sound driver choses to implement it. The raw sample data combined with the original sequenced tracks would result on higher quality sounding tracks. However that is usually not possible with the mini2sf file format as it outright holds the sound driver and sequence data. Of course, crunchier samples could be found on ultra-optimized games where the developers would know exactly what rate and depth would they need their samples at, and save precious kilobytes of space on ROM as a result.
Perhaps this might be common knowledge by now, but it's still interesting to note
I'm curious if it would've made a difference for the sound quality to source the samples from the individual GBA titles vs the Zero Collection on DS. My initial thought is no since they're likely copies of the same files from Capcom's sound library when extracted from the respective game's data, but considering how much the Zero games tended to shortcut with pre-sampled audio so they could work on that hardware, part of me wonders if they also had to compress some files to fit the GBA's storage limits.
Aside from that, I really like how there's those intentional bits of brief silence in the early sections (0:08 - 0:20) that make the short decays of the samples and channel limitations stand out without sounding forced.

This is just an art piece, at first i don't liked the poor GBA sound, but it gives a touch, this can really be used for a official game if in other universe the crossover of Capcom and Konami don't was with Battle Network and Boktai.
