After one season missing the playoffs, he seems a better coach than anyone we've had with the exception of Tony Dungy (loved Ted, Jim, and Chuck btw - albeit for different reasons.) He's actively putting Ballard on blast by simply doing his job well.
We got our guy I hope he here longer than Mike Tomlin in Pittsburgh this man has so much passion an knowledge of this game an so much love an respect for the players an game itself so happy for you an your beautiful family go Colt's Nation an let's go Coach
For real though. I love the Westfield and Brownsburg areas. Irvington is beautiful too. If I could afford it, I would move to Westfield in a heartbeat. Houses have got so insanely expensive up there over the last 10 years. I'm kicking myself so bad for not investing in a house out there when I was in my 20s.

I guess I dont understand the deep enthuiasm for Steichan. He seems good, but hasn't proven anything yet. Ballard is 54-60-1 as GM. Steichan is 9-8. Reich was 40-33-1 as Colts coach, in his first season they made the playoffs and won a wild card game. How about a little objective reality? This team is middle of the pack, and doesnt appear to have changed course at all.
Steichen went 9-8 with a backup QB 3/4 of the year on the brink of winning the division.. if you really can't tell the dramatic change in culture and play calling from Reich to Steichen then I don't know what to tell ya...
@@Quinn37 Reich also had a prime Andrew Luck as his QB.. Minshew was a pretty average backup, most certainly not high end.. I was just thinking… this is the time of year to get the guys capable of making the plays that keep that final play from happening…or that win enough close games to keep a single play in Week 17 from being for the entire season. Cap space, extra (lower) draft picks, and 15 defensive linemen don’t contend for or win championships. Give Shane the playmakers at the positions that matter and let that man work!
Lol he gave out $220 mil in new contracts already, he's only got about $15 mil in cap space left, and he's not done yet either. What more does he have to do?
@@marvinstheman88 calm down, yes it's good that we have re-signed our own players, but the Colts absolutely need to add a veteran or two at CB or Safety. Hopefully he does it, there's still time, but it's not looking promising.
@@marvinstheman88I said it already. Give Shane the playmakers he needs and let that man work. We re-sign our own every year, and most years the season ending press conference acknowledges in some way that a known need was not sufficiently addressed. I didn’t say he hasn’t done anything- I said he needs to add playmakers. Which he does. He’s drafted four corners of note-three didn’t work and one mostly lost his rookie year to injuries. (Not Ballard’s fault, but also no reason to assume that standing pat is the best way to go.). Record with safeties is better, but not much. The secondary was toasted all year, and mostly for naught because the centerpiece (Brents) barely played and no safety really stepped up. If we couldn’t use the whole defensive playbook because of the youth in the secondary, either change the scheme or change the personnel. Don’t bring everybody back and expect things to magically improve just because of the passage of time. I know he’s not finished and there is a lot of time left in the off-season. I also know that the Gilmore signing and some others happened later in free agency. But if past is prologue, there is reason for concern.
