I’m a Seahawks fan but the Colts media team has been hitting undeniable home runs for so long now. This is the behind the scenes stuff I love. Definitely has kept me rooting for y’all as a pet team

the way Latu is showing respect and gratitude, speaks a lot of the character traits Ballard looks for in a player. Latu is going to fit in perfectly.

Latu is genuinely happy to be a Colt. His enthusiasm won me over. Excited to see him in action.
If you saw on draft night when Latu got selected, it takes him FOREVER to get out of the green room. My initial reaction was like "bro get going, stop talking." Then, you hear the hosts say that he was up and congratulating and hugging every player taken before him. So when he went the whole room was on him. People just gravitating to him. This video shows why. Great kid.
23:56 and 25:15 are the best moments. Matt Goncalves and Josh Downs really have made unforgettable first impressions.

I love 14:23 when John Dorsey tries to call. It always cracks me up when he does that to Ballard while he's on the clock.
It‘s great but also a bit sad to see how prominent the Irsay daughters have become in these videos. While they have been very active behind the scenes for a while now, i feel like since Jim Irsay’s health issues, the media team has been preparing the fans for a passing of the baton. I‘m excited for this new era but also sad to see Jim stepping back. I hope he gets better soon to make a comeback and stay at the helm for a little longer! All the best to the Irsay Family all the way from Switzerland. Go Colts!

All he needed was a franchise QB. He tried to keep the roster competitive without breaking the bank for a Vet QB or an unproven young QB.
The Colt's media folks do a fantastic job putting these post draft videos together. This one is no exception, well done guys.
In addition, please be aware and certain the loyal Colts fans thoroughly enjoy all of these behind the blue door productions very much. It's red meat for the fan base no doubt.
As for the young draftees, it looks like we have a solid batch of young men arriving to the team to begin their careers.

Every year the Colts social media team NAILS the draft. The production and access is phenomenal. Seeing the formal interviews at the combine was one of my favorite parts of the whole video.
Just got home from work. I purposely waited to see who we drafted until I watched this. Never end this series Colts.

1:00 The first post-Jim Irsay draft was a smashing success. Not saying he won't be back, but it feels like a new era with the Irsay daughters taking over.
Time will prove this class or it won't, but it feels like an A+ draft class.

I thought, initially, that the war room seemed a lil hesitant about drafting Latu. I realize now that, after that unprecedented offensive run in the first 14, they were simply stunned that he was even available!

O:52 Mr Irsay, Indiana is praying for you. Whoever at the Colts got this part in with his daughters grest job. Even if Mr Irsay didn't appear on camera for whatever the reason, he was still included and had a heartwarming moment with his daughters shown.

I cry every year Colts done it again. Wish they did one for the rookies to make the team each year
I'm a nobody when it comes to scouting players, but I had 4 guys I had in my personal mock draft get drafted by our Colts! To see the reactions from these players when they got the call got me really emotional knowing that these kids lives are changing, benefiting from the hard work they put in. It's just so awesome to see the process! I hope you guys do this every year!
