- I went on a solo trip to Milan and had the best time! I had amazing food, coffee, and I even spent the day in Lake Como Bellagio!

Hi Ayesha i'm planning a solo trip in early May of this year to Milan, however i'll start off in Switzerland and take the Bernina Express from there to Tirano, Italy and then Milan. It looks like you had so much fun, i was a bit apprehensive at first because i heard that Italy can be quite racist towards black people (i'm a black woman) but from what i can see it looks like you didnt have any problems, I'm also planning on doing a day trip to Lake Como from Milan , i would appreciate your thoughts on whether its worth doing.
Definitely worth visiting! And you’re correct I didn’t experience any racism, they were actually very nice towards me!
