Very nice video, thank you for showing our wonderful Lake Como! Just one thing: carbonara, as well as pizza, are not typical of our region even if they have spread all over Italy. You should try carbonara in Rome, I'm sure it will be much better. Next time you are in Lombardia try some polenta dish, like polenta e zola (typical cheese) or polenta e spezzatino (veal meat).

The Carbonara probably wasn’t as good as you would have hoped because that’s a Roman dish, they’re not known for it in the north. Italian is very different depending on what region you’re in. Glad you enjoyed your time!
