      @@2013TombRaider what workout routine do you use

    • @retardno002
      @retardno002 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@user-yu7sq5we9g cleans, snatches, presses, swings, and Turkish get ups I think should be part of any good kettlebell routine. You can then do smaller 'accessory' or isolation movements for hypertrophy like curls for your biceps or rows for your back, or even bench presses for the chest, but the ones I mentioned above should be the solid foundation that you build on. Once you get bored with the basics you can look up more dynamic swings and combos to spice things up.

    Cvičím přes 50 roků a když jsem nedávno objevil kettlebell, byla to láska na celý život. 😂 Rusky je to bulina nebo girja,od tudy to pochází.
    Hračka na všestranné cvičení, stačí zapojit fantazii. 😊Zvláště je to super, když se vrátím ze zimního plavání. Swing zahřeje super celý tělo. 😊Pohyb je život, proto jsme vybavení tolika svaly. Mnoho štěstí v cvičení..😊

    I did 3 separate 10 minute kettlebell EMOMs last week. and let me just say it looked like I just stepped out of a pool when I was done. Kettlebell EMOMs will destroy any fat in your body.
    Great content as usual Sir!!

    dude, that Russian swing into the squat or whatever is a freaking genius! it is the superfood of kettlebell exercises. I do 10 of those, 20 clean jerks, 10 Turkish getups (up to a knee, as you wisely suggested in another video), and 20 pass-throughs. That is after a warm-up of farmer walks, swings, and snatches. So far managed to do 2 cycles in 8 mins with a 20kg kettlebell. Will switch to 24 kg next week, I think I will be a bit more than dead after that

I have personally relieved all symptoms of Crohn’s disease this way and discarded all medications over the last few years after suffering for 20 years. Have a look here if you’re interested. Dude, your "Is this real life" from one of your old videos is an absolute banger of a workout! I'm including that at least twice per week from now on, with my own variations aswell, including a unilateral version that doubles the total amount of burpees!! Good stuff

    People who do kettlebell flows always flabbergast me when they say how much weight their KB is. I couldn't imagine doing a snatch with a 70 lbs kettlebell

    Do you also have a complete weight lifting program, dumbbells and barbells, or are kettlebells the only weight you lift?
