Jane the Virgin star, filmmaker, director and author Justin Baldoni sat in with the Heal Squad to discuss his new book 'Man Enough' and the process of undefining masculinity. Justin who has worked closely with people in their last stages of life shared powerful thoughts and experiences to help us all cope with death. The conversion turned to the detrimental stereotypes of masculinity that hinder and hurt men and women. Justin shared his 'why ladder' tool : a means to cure so many mental ailments including depression and the lack of fulfillment. My father waited for my daughter and I to come back to see him to pass away and then we did a prayer telling him it was OK to leave and right after that he passed
