I was thinking Tucker shoulda bunted in the 12th. He's trying to find his swing, and the worst thing you could do in that situation, was to strike out....and he didn't even swing. You got a fast runner on third, and bunting would've at least tied the game and extended it....I doubt they would've expected him to bunt. And then to not protect the plate with 2 strikes. All we needed was contact somewhere, and Altuve most likely scores. Poor situational hitting. Bunting sure as hell worked for them.
Aint no way this team can stay hot through multiple postseason series to at least make an 8th alcs. Hot and cold is understatement. Maybe Tucker finds his swing to help give the lineup more consistent juice but time is running out so im not confident in that at all. Been a weird weird season
@@grandwonder5858 FINALLY! Someone said the quiet part out loud. And he doesn’t always hustle in right field either. I lost count last year of how many times he jogged to a possible catch and the ball dropped in front of him. He started his career with a bang but I think the fame has gone to his head. He thinks all he has to do is show up and he’ll be great. How did that work for him In this game?
Looks like Nerris and Diaz lost that game plus the lack of hitting and game management. I'm calling it....A's will sweep this series. The Division will be won or lost at the last series of the season. Did I hear booing in the stands? I know I heard it in the game before this one. I hope I'm wrong, wrong, wrong. If Astros lose this series I'm all in with the Texans and football season.
como decimos en Venezuela con el batazo que dio José altuve en la séptima entrada: eso fue un chorrito de pus jajajaja 😆🤣😆🤣 jajajaja al menos sirvió para empatar el juego
Why not have Pressley take 8 and 9 with Hader there for a potential 10th and even 11th if the 10th went smoothly? Instead, we have this nonsense. Pressley only threw 10 pitches, he was fine.
I’ve said times and times again the guy is a choker and overrated! Trade his sorry a$$ for somebody that is consistently good, especially in big games!
Was that not the strangest injury you’ve ever heard of? THREE MONTHS for a bruised shin!? Seriously!? I often wondered if he was milking it to show how much they need him so he could boost his next contract. Or maybe he doesn’t like playing for the Astros. Whatever it is I have zero confidence in him. At least Chaz tries. js
These are actually insanely dumb takes on Tucker. Y'all forget he the favorite to win MVP before he got injured. He was and still is one of our best players. He was injured for 3+ months so it will take time to get back on track. It wasn't just a bruised shin, it was most likely a hairline fracture which is still categorized as a bone contusion.
@@thegreatescape07 you’re right. There has never ever been an overrated player in the history of any sport! “King” Tuk gives 80% in the field, 80% or less at the plate and less than 100% on the bases. Imagine what he could do if he gave 100% like Altuve, Bregman, Peña and Myers. What’s really insanely dumb is believing all the hype for Tuk. Sorry not sorry for not being a sycophant for someone who doesn’t give everything he has on every play.
@@jenniferduncan4966 You're literally making up percentages that say nothing to prove a point and argue against the STATISTICS that show he was one of the best performing players in the league for the first half of the season. I never said there aren't overrated players, I'm saying you don't know what you're talking about because you're mad about one at bat.
They need to put Diaz on the bench he is the weak link his fielding sucks and he always hits into double plays he needs to spend a lot of time in the hitting cage, and learn how to hit the ball out of the infield.
BUNT THE FUCKING BALL IN EXTRAS ASTROS!!!!!
I was wondering why Espada didn't bunt also. The A's manager was smart enough to call for it.
Get A Hit!;But I know what you mean.A bunt more challenging than a ground ball out.
Los Astros son alérgicos a tocar la bola. Merecida victoria para Atlhetics, ganaron con inteligencia.

He's been excellent at striking out since off the Injured list. Just stared at pitches right down the middle ALL night LONG
I thought the same thing in the bottom of the 9th Altuve was on third Alvarez on 2nd he should have bunted
100% thinking the same thing about Tucker still trying to get back to it. Made no sense not to bunt.

Thanks Chili!! So close...
We are a hard watch right now.

Tomos sin un Buen primera base
Tucker still wants to find his swing even tho he just came off the il tho in extra inning BUNT THE BALL!
Be thankful for 2022,2017 unbelievable;this year the astros don't look a playoff team at times.
The Astros don't look like a playoff team at time or maybe they just play better against the good teams.

And this is exactly why I hate the ghost runner in extra innings. What an absolute shit way for a game to end.
The Astros are the worst of the Division leaders in baseball. I do not think they will make the playoffs this year.
muy bien por los atléticos de Oakland con esos toques de bola eso mató y los errores de horrible
Where is Dubon?
We could've easily won this game. Smh not a single home run
Kyle…..need to change other hitters
What. A fucking. Joke.
Because of COURSE they finally get that one run they needed......after they're down 2. Ffs.

Simple errors, the coach should call for no sissy moves, Players should crave to make good plays.

Go back to your vacation Tucker
