Imagine if the two Links meet... Old Link: Uhm... New Link: Hi... Old Link: So uh what's your favorite food? New Link: What do you mean, I'd eat anything! Old Link: Ayy I approve of this guy! New Link: *:)* Old Link: *:D*
Future Link is more powerful since he has the champions powers.... But past Link is a better fighter and has better skills since future Link forgot all that
I have mixed feelings about this on one hand awesome subversion of expectations and happy ending, on the other hand kinda wish the new champions traveling back in time thing was like a secret ending so there can be the Zelda equivalent of the Clone Wars finale/Revenge of the Sith. Maybe it's because I feel a little bit cheated because I went in thinking Age of Calamity was the Chronological first of the BoTW trilogy but instead we got another timeline in the cluster cluck of timelines
I can't even express how emotional I got at this scene. Up till now in the game I had thought we were just playing a prequel to BoTW. A good game where ultimately we fail, champions die, and Ganon returns. But these cutscenes. Holy crap it was the ultimate "screw your BoTW timeline events and screw the heroes losing." I loved it so freaking much. I found this to be a much better outcome than what happened in BoTW. I hate main character deaths and the champion's failing in BoTW made me very sad. This...this is what should have happened. And even though I'm sure BoTW 2 won't continue from this storyline this is what actually happened in my head canon.
I kind of think this is a huge cop out, but whatever. Hopefully it doesn’t affect Breath of the Wild 2, I’d rather them go ahead and continue from where 1 left off then make it as if 1 didn’t even happen.
I wouldn't worry about it. The mechanics of time travel in Zelda are firmly established. It runs on multiverse theory. You CAN change the past, but it just results in branch timelines. As the presence of the future champions indicate the main timeline is unaffected by all this.
For me it would be very nice if they make botw 2 and AOC 2.... Ganondorf body is still hidden in both universe, the difference is that the AOC will deal with it easier since all are alive What I wonder is, if the new champions will say something about their travel to the past in botw2 or they were took from diferent botw universe and the botw 2 that we will play they never traveled to aoc
I appreciate Patricia getting her own intro.

Old Link: ....
New link: ....
Old link: (:

ZELDA: Are they gonna bang?
@@victoraguirre7486 But when they fight together they communicate like this:

I almost died when big sidon appeared, it would be cool if future link would have appeared
Even if the other link also was sent back in time would it make any real difference in the game or story itself.
@@kristopherbellrichard I was just saying but yeah you right
imagine past link talking to future link. It would just be a conversation full of ‘HYAA’s
Future Link is more powerful since he has the champions powers.... But past Link is a better fighter and has better skills since future Link forgot all that
All I can think of is Sidon returning to his time line knowing his sister wouldnt be there
I’ve seen this cutscene loads of times, and I still love how Daruk just rolls with it.
Pun intended
It would be cool if in TotK we see the pov of the future champions going back in time to complete some sort of goal relevant to the plot
Teba: "I never thought the Champion would be so..."
Urbosa: "Hold that thought for now"
Teba: "much of a complete, utterly ungrateful piece of shit".
My theory is that after BOTW 2, Link might gain some new Sheikah powers to send the future champions to the past
23:10 My mind is blown, when I saw this I lost it.

Is it me or did the robot play one of the melodies from ocarina
The Ocarina of Time Medley
Probably an reference to the Hero of Time
It’s Zelda’s lullaby from ocarina of time
I barely survived Thunderblight Ganon but Urbosa and Riju did all that in heels!

Definitely getting Marvel Endgame vibes here
INDEED!!!
Breath of the Wild is like Infinity War.
12:20 Sidon: winning smile
I love the future fighters being references of Back to the Future.
17:11 tis but a scratch
Did the new champions told their ancestors that they were dead in their future?

Breath of the Wild may be good, but I personally prefer Age of Calamity.
i dont like time travel
Like a good bottle of wine, you have to use it sparingly.
Fair, but the Zelda series is rife with time travel, so it’s hardly out of place
Time travel is not new in The Legend of Zelda franchise, have you forgotten Ocarina of Time?
@@justyouraveragegamer5065 or majoras mask, or twilight princess, or skyward sword, or oracle of ages, or four swords adventure, or hyrule warriors 1.
Then you must hate legend of zelda as a series.
