sir, we have 4160V Solcon softstarter problem recently of "PHASE LOSS" fault and we replaced the EPT-TX with our spare EPT-TX cause we ASSUMED that maybe it's the possible problem and succesfully solved the problem. I just want to ask that can we test EPT-TX or EPT-RX to verify if they're still good or defective using multi-tester? like resistance or voltage test or any test? thanks hoping for the answer cause we have four(4) SOLCON 4160V softstater and it will be a big help for us.
