Two weeks ago, when I was ordering cai fan at a coffee shop near my friend's house, my total came to be $8.20 (for two boxes- one for me, and one for my friend). I gave the cai fan uncle $10 and expected coins back but he gave me $2 back and my brain glitched and I stared at him, bewildered. "It's $8.20. I charge you $8...." Ohhh, I said. Then I was so paiseh, I don't even know whether I said "thank you". I cannot show my face there again. Am very sad.

There was once a woman in new york and she took our chicken rice and put some curry on it and she called it ''Singapore chicken curry'' but the worst thing is that the curry looked like shit.
Bo bian, food hygiene unless gloves were worn. And maybe budget too.. actual food taken have to pay them. Luckily the plastic/glass cabinets design were ok, if not the actors would need masks
