I predict that Loki will show Victor the branched timelines and he will use the tva tech to go to the future where he meets immortus. Then he will go out and destroy a few timelines and the other kangs will try to correct their mistake and sabotage his tech before he starts multiverse travel trapping him in the quantum realm. I've read something like this somewhere that iron man all the to antman quantumania had been a endless time loop. The only difference being kang escapes the quantum realm but it's much later. He ends up destroying the avengers and council of kangs. But the difference the broke the time loop is loki being an a glitch in the system almost which inadvertently led to a minor change in the path. The change resulted in ant man arriving in quantum realm when he shouldn't have .

The Kang in quantamania was not defeated by Ants 🐜 that's why he fought Antman and the wasp at the end meaning he was able to win the super powerful ants..the other thing we shouldn't forget Kang was in his vulnerable state they sabotage his ship 🚀 &suit but still was able to build the empire with just only his suit when he got it back and build an empire..I have never read comics but am a fun of Marvel..In Antman and the wasp quantamaina scott gave Kang the answer he needed and probably his Variants will learn from by telling him "We both just don't have to win , we both just have to loose '' That was a powerful statement by losing you get to know your weakness and evaluated the strength of your opponents.. And when Kang returns - Antman will be the first to die, since now Kang knows all the Technology antman can use against him,
I believe it is the true Kang the Conqueror in Ant Man. In the comics he has a tendency to go to different times and form teams of super villains, and he will time travel away if he is about to be defeated. He couldn't do either of those in Quantumania. Particularly escaping defeat. Also they apparently changed the ending of Quantumania which made him much weaker. They have a ton of flexibilty once he gets out of the quantum realm. I figure he is a probability storm right now?

I think explains why Kang was defeated so handily in the ant man/wasp movie, and I believe kang is laying low because he knows the council of kangs is on the look out. So essentially we may see him come out when he knows the council is at bay, which where I think the victor timely narrative comes in
