cub cadet 682 3 point lift installation

showing you guys how to install the rear 3 point lift on an 82 series cub cadet with cast iron rear end, I messed up on installation around the middle of the video but still good to remember, thanks for watching and ask questions.

If your towing an older hydrostatic transmission cub cadet you would know how much of a pain in the ass it is to hold down the release and move it. On some there’s a hook that keeps it down.

thanks for the quick reply. Is there anything that could be holding it from rolling? It won't roll manually and it seems like it's the back wheels stopping it. I appreciate the help.

The hitch you are installing is a sleeve hitch not a true 3 point hitch.

I have a cub cadet 682. Is there a way to put the tractor in neutral to roll it manually?

It has the auto release valves so it is suppose to roll once shut off

Is there a difference between manual lift and Hydro lift ?

yes the only difference is the lift bar, s shape on the manual lift and straight on hydrulic
