If your towing an older hydrostatic transmission cub cadet you would know how much of a pain in the ass it is to hold down the release and move it. On some there’s a hook that keeps it down.

I have a cub cadet 682. Is there a way to put the tractor in neutral to roll it manually?
It has the auto release valves so it is suppose to roll once shut off

Is there a difference between manual lift and Hydro lift ?
yes the only difference is the lift bar, s shape on the manual lift and straight on hydrulic
The hitch you are installing is a sleeve hitch not a true 3 point hitch.
