Suit up for an iconic adventure! Intergalactic bounty hunter Samus Aran receives a distress signal from a wrecked frigate in orbit around planet Tallon IV. Upon investigation, the frigate reveals itself to be a Space Pirate research vessel home to terrifying genetic experiments using the mysterious Phazon substance. There, Samus encounters her nemesis, Meta Ridley, whom she pursues to the surface of Tallon IV. It’s up to her alone to explore the planet’s interconnected regions, investigate its dark secrets, and end the intergalactic threat posed by Phazon.

Use power bombs (not the regular bombs) to keep the metroids off you and just keep moving in that part. Also you have spring ball automatically, just press X to jump in morph ball form.

Have you played smash bothers before? She’s in that game.
Just got up to Metroid Prime Boss today (bought it on March 3) and watched this video to figure out how to defeat it. Also, I got all 14 Energy Tanks entirely without help! Got the last one today when I noticed an area in Magmoor Caverns and I was like "Hang on, I have everything I need. Why hasn't this puzzle been solved yet?" and it let me to my last energy tank! There's a couple Missile Upgrades I've missed in Phazon Mines, but I HATE that area of the game, so I'm happy to leave them (plus I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to get them, so I just left them).
Also, if you 100% the game, you get a post-credits ending of Phazon Samus (from the split) emerging from the puddle of phazon left after the final battle, and from memory, she's your nemesis in Metroid Prime 3.

So if you HAD gotten 100% all collectables, you get a secret cutscene that shows what had become of your Phazon Suit after Metroid Prime snagged it after its' demise. A pool of phazon shows up under the ocean and a hand from the Phazon suit emerges out of it as if it's coming to life and you see an eye at the end. It isn't immediately obvious but Metroid Prime has survived and now having merged with the Phazon Suit it had stolen has became a new existence that Samus ends up fighting in Metroid Prime Echoes and later a nemesis in Metroid Prime Corruption.
The backtracking is just classic Metroidvania Zack. Surely you know that having played Metroid Dread.
That first stage of Prime really isn't that difficult for a final boss but the second stage is well cool! Can't wait for you to play 2 and 3 Zack!

@@EdRGaming I had a look at the old Prime graphics, and I have to say that Prime Remastered was completely worth it.
I hope to see the other two Prime games get Remastered and preferably play them too.

Just casually beating him, I've tried that second part of boss prob ten times now and i cant do it, way harder for me than any of the other bosses. So fiddly switching between modes while dodging his attacks and his minions
Hope you complete some games that you had left in between of the past.
I can't wait for Tears of the Kingdom but that's gonna take a while, so seeing some games be completed by you would be nice.

I think I beat 1 when it came out but I also didn't remember much of the last half during my play through- and then Prime 2 I gave up on that one quickly, I didn't like the jumping between worlds stuff.
