Brinjal ( Baingan ) - 300 grams
Tomato - 2
Garlic cloves - 8
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped)- 1 tbsp
Onion - 1/4 cup
Tomato chopped - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder - powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 4 tbsp
