When I watched the analysis, I was further convinced of the victor being RD, even though I had no idea about the '20% cooler' thing, and just went with 'Starscream just sucks that bad'. Apparently, it was both. LOLZ!!!! P.S. There was even a follow up video to this particular battle and everyone, including hardcore original Transformers fans still knew RD would win with only the two names alone. (20% cooler thing was thrown in as a reference) So, yeah... If the most hardcore Transformers fan doesn't have faith in a transformer against a winged horsey, you know how good that pony is!!

I will be dead honest. Starscream was too easy for Dash. Since they put Batman and Leonardo twice in a death battle, I want to see Sonic and Rainbow Dash duke it out in a death battle. Or a sonic vs MLP death battle in general
Actually Starscream was probably the best pick for this death battle. but RD had it in the bag as soon as the names were announced. Why? Mach 5. Starscream could reach a maximum of mach 2.8, meaning rainbow was nearly twice as fast him, AND she could go even faster. The only real advantage Starscream had was his bullets and his silver tongue...... but bullets need to hit the target; and with most common bullets only reaching mach 3. Starscream just couldn't keep up.
The move Rainbow Dash did was the Buccaneer Blaze, "which is apparently so awesome, it can't be shown onscreen" and Broomstick said it also makes a big explosion, so... yay!

technically, using Starscream is impossible, the rules say: MUST BE KILLED, and Starscream can technically never die. Starscream, even so, can create heavy energon explosions in spark form, which can blow up RD. Starscream can also move on it's own

Any Transformer they could have chosen... and they choose the most cowardly, incapable, wimpy, and just plain distrustful Decepticon... Still find it unfair considering they used to G1 starscream against a modern Rainbow Dash though granted even if the use Prime's version the outcome wouldn't be that different....
What does Rainbow Dash have in common with Bumblebee? RD and Starscream are both the best fliers of their respective franchises, and both are owned by Hasbro. As for people complaining they could have chosen any version, they chose the most famous. They don't want people complaining like, "Oh my god that's not Starscream!" or "Oh my god, that's not Rainbow Dash!"

I've been a brony since November of last year. I found out about the cartoon from this episode of Death Battle. I did have a connection to My Little Pony before this from years ago. I was born in time to see My Little Pony Tales unfortunately. As you can tell from my comment saying unfortunately I didn't like it at all because I thought it was too girly for my tastes so I forgot about it until I saw this on my TH-cam Recommendations. I even was shocked to find out that grown man watch this. I guess everyone who found out about the cartoon for the first time would be surprised to find out about it lol. I rooted for Rainbow Dash because I thought Starscream was hugely irritating and annoying so much that I actually wanted a character from a girls cartoon to win. After this I forgot about it until last November when I saw it again and this time I was too curious about the cartoon. Because I know man wouldn't watch a girl cartoon if it wasn't good. So my curiosity got too much for me and I looked up to find a website that had episodes of the show and I found one and decided to keep an extremely open mind about it and not judge it right away until I saw it. So I spent 40 some minutes watching the first episode and I found out that I liked it and I actually wanted to get it on Google Play. So I got all 4 seasons of the show and I found out about the 5th season coming out this year so I made it a point to watch all of the episodes to catch up with the series and I made it. I even watched the movies I was so determined to get catch up with the series lol. I'm thinking now to sit through all of the episodes again being the show's now in a hiatus until later this year unfortunately.

I always say that cartoons and animes are meant to be watched by everyone not only kids. Heck even Walt Disney himself said that cartoons can be enjoyed by both children and adults alike. The reason she destroyed him after he got hit with the missiles is because she did the Buccanear Blaze witch, as Boom Stick recalls, makes a huge explosion AND can't be shown so they did it off-screen so she could have used it to destroy him

As much as I hate to say it (RD is my second favorite), Wiz and Boomstick kinda dropped the ball on the Null Ray. Even if it works like they said and "shuts down anything that uses electricity," that means the blast should have shut down her central nervous system. If it weren't for that, though, Rainbow definitely would have won.
Oh this episode...I remember this episode. XD This is by far one of the only episodes where I kept changing opinions. XD Opinion at the start before I was a brony or even watched the show: "Are you freaking kidding me!? They are putting a small pony against a robot!? We already had the Bieber vs Rebecca Black joke battle do we really need another one!? *sighs* Looks like I'll have to wait longer for a cool episode..." After watching the battle but still not a brony: "Wow, seems Rainbow Dash was stronger than I thought and Starscream is a wimp. I guess I can agree with this battle and it was actually pretty cool." Though now I am siding with my friend on on the outcome being false based on two things. 1. A brony calculated her speed which makes it possible for biased facts. I don't know physics myself but it is possible he miscalculated or lied to make RD look good. 2. While the Buckanare Blitz does look cool and the Sonic Rainboom is powerful she did slam head first into a robot, a giant metal transforming robot and she has been hospitalized for crashing into the ground at slower speeds before though that could be plot convenience. While I have seen Rainbow Dash kick through three trees at once (Look before you sleep) I think a robot is a bit different though I haven't researched either so who am I to judge? All I can say is true or false this leave things open for a cool winners battle, Sonic vs Rainbow Dash.
omg! i think you're my future self! i love RD and mlp too! as you can see my icon is a shadow version of RD (i'm into pokemon too and i got shadow concept from pokemon XD gale of darkness but that's not important) and i have a mlp lamp, princess twilight plushie, applejack plushie, celestia, twilight, RD, applejack, and fluttershy figurines. i also made a story of RD entering super smash bros brawl. though i was unfair and gave her four rounds while my others stories gave the guest brawler only two. Actually Starscream was probably the best pick for this death battle. but RD had it in the bag as soon as the names were announced.
Why? Mach 5.
Starscream could reach a maximum of mach 2.8, meaning rainbow was nearly twice as fast him, AND she could go even faster.
The only real advantage Starscream had was his bullets and his silver tongue...... but bullets need to hit the target; and with most common bullets only reaching mach 3. Starscream just couldn't keep up.

The move Rainbow Dash did was the Buccaneer Blaze, "which is apparently so awesome, it can't be shown onscreen" and Broomstick said it also makes a big explosion, so... yay!

What does Rainbow Dash have in common with Bumblebee? RD and Starscream are both the best fliers of their respective franchises, and both are owned by Hasbro. As for people complaining they could have chosen any version, they chose the most famous. They don't want people complaining like, "Oh my god that's not Starscream!" or "Oh my god, that's not Rainbow Dash!"

This fight was made purely for laughs. Now Optimus Prime vs an alicorn Twilight Sparkle, that actually would be a difficult to predict. Both are powerful and intelligent leaders.
Not that I have anything against them but I just don't understand bronies. I just can't see how grown men can have such a fierce love for a show for 6 year-old girls. I watched an episode or two in order to see what the fuss was about and I still don't get it's popularity.

Season 1 episode 3: The Ticket Master
I've been a brony since November of last year. I found out about the cartoon from this episode of Death Battle. I did have a connection to My Little Pony before this from years ago. I was born in time to see My Little Pony Tales unfortunately. As you can tell from my comment saying unfortunately I didn't like it at all because I thought it was too girly for my tastes so I forgot about it until I saw this on my TH-cam Recommendations. I even was shocked to find out that grown man watch this. I guess everyone who found out about the cartoon for the first time would be surprised to find out about it lol. I rooted for Rainbow Dash because I thought Starscream was hugely irritating and annoying so much that I actually wanted a character from a girls cartoon to win. After this I forgot about it until last November when I saw it again and this time I was too curious about the cartoon. Because I know man wouldn't watch a girl cartoon if it wasn't good. So my curiosity got too much for me and I looked up to find a website that had episodes of the show and I found one and decided to keep an extremely open mind about it and not judge it right away until I saw it. So I spent 40 some minutes watching the first episode and I found out that I liked it and I actually wanted to get it on Google Play. So I got all 4 seasons of the show and I found out about the 5th season coming out this year so I made it a point to watch all of the episodes to catch up with the series and I made it. I even watched the movies I was so determined to get catch up with the series lol. I'm thinking now to sit through all of the episodes again being the show's now in a hiatus until later this year unfortunately.
+SmalltalkzSpeaks I was worried about my mom finding out about me watching MLP. Even my mom say that I'm too old to watch cartoons or animes. I always say that cartoons and animes are meant to be watched by everyone not only kids. Heck even Walt Disney himself said that cartoons can be enjoyed by both children and adults alike. I moan when people say that cartoons and animes are meant only for kids not adults grow up. I watch MLP because it reminds me of the type of cartoons I grew up with during the 90s the high fantasy cartoons that we had back then. I loved them because they took me to places where mythology beasts roam.

I'm not a brony and I grew up w/ Transformers....but from the start I voted for Rainbow Dash. Mostly b/c since I knew how bad of a fighter Starscream is overall. Add that Rainbow Dash is over 3 times faster than Starscream, yea he stood no chance.
Still as a non-brony, I have a new-found respect for Rainbow Dash. Props to her.

The reason she destroyed him after he got hit with the missiles is because she did the Buccanear Blaze witch, as Boom Stick recalls, makes a huge explosion AND can't be shown so they did it off-screen so she could have used it to destroy him

This is very late, but I love Rainbow Dash too Ris x3 I got into MLP sadly in 2021, but it changed my life so much in a good way. If it werent for Rainbow Dash, I would be sad or sth. I sadly hated MLP way before I got into it, but I did like some MLP stuff long ago that I love so much to this day, like Rainbow Factory, Pony dot MOV, and etc. Hope your doing good btw Ris x3

As much as I hate to say it (RD is my second favorite), Wiz and Boomstick kinda dropped the ball on the Null Ray. Even if it works like they said and "shuts down anything that uses electricity," that means the blast should have shut down her central nervous system.
If it weren't for that, though, Rainbow definitely would have won.

Oh this episode...I remember this episode. XD This is by far one of the only episodes where I kept changing opinions. XD
Opinion at the start before I was a brony or even watched the show: "Are you freaking kidding me!? They are putting a small pony against a robot!? We already had the Bieber vs Rebecca Black joke battle do we really need another one!? *sighs* Looks like I'll have to wait longer for a cool episode..."
After watching the battle but still not a brony: "Wow, seems Rainbow Dash was stronger than I thought and Starscream is a wimp. I guess I can agree with this battle and it was actually pretty cool."
Though now I am siding with my friend on on the outcome being false based on two things.
1. A brony calculated her speed which makes it possible for biased facts. I don't know physics myself but it is possible he miscalculated or lied to make RD look good.
2. While the Buckanare Blitz does look cool and the Sonic Rainboom is powerful she did slam head first into a robot, a giant metal transforming robot and she has been hospitalized for crashing into the ground at slower speeds before though that could be plot convenience. While I have seen Rainbow Dash kick through three trees at once (Look before you sleep) I think a robot is a bit different though I haven't researched either so who am I to judge?
All I can say is true or false this leave things open for a cool winners battle, Sonic vs Rainbow Dash.

I think my beginning sentence may have been a bit misleading. It isn't a reaction video per say. Jared just went to a convention and asked a bunch of different people ( who most likely never saw the episode) their opinions on who they believe would win the Starscream/Rainbow Dash match up.
