I saw all your swapping episodes... swapping engines is nightmare, both cars are Lexus , and you need to do all this!! Just imagine if the IS a BMW or Mercedes.

Better to find Lexus GS with V8 4.3L built-in, and just sawp it to manual transmission .
Adding single turbo, or supercharger. And that's it ..
The cost almost the same with your IS project.
I dont like the GS cars really, I dont regret doing this swap at all. I love the IS with the 1uz in it now

I would get rid of that slave cylinder to fix the clutch issue. I had a car that had a similar problem I actually see the fluid leaking behind the cylinder as the car had warm up.
The slave is brand new, I ordered an upgraded master cylinder from XAT Racing, they said the slave I installed pretty much requires a larger master cylinder. Fingers crossed that helps

Check your lambda input again. Sure you pinned it wrong. You pinned it to the tdc input. When looking from the wire side pin1 is on the right hand bottom of the connector.
Pin 7 would be a blue/yellow which is water temp in, pin 8 is lambda in and pin 9 is orange which is 5v+ out to sensors.
You are welcome to whatsapp me, my number is on the ARC sticker which is under the ecu. That is one of my older design looms.
Also the connector does have small numbers on the wire side
