When I made jalebis for the first tym , I ate almost full plate 20+ jalebis alone in 20 minutes 😅 I was 16 back then and there was lockdown. I used to consume about 6000 calories 😅and didn't even know where they all go😅
I used to eat sweet and high calorie food in past I am skinny, People wondered why I am not gaining weight, where does it go. As I age I know now, it used up when I walked daily like 2-3 hours(not in one round). And it also turned into my acne.
A lot of it seems incorrect. The measurement of calories from a food item can vary and not always be proximate. Amount of calories is also dependent on the food item making process. Calories aren't a bad thing. If you don't have enough calories, your body won't work, your legs won't stand, you'll feel lethargic.
All of these calories are an estimate and by no means an accurate representation . Since most of these sweets prep vary from person to person so the amount of sugar,flour etc used will increase/decrease accordingly but roughly all of them will be in a similar range. With that being said its true that calories arent bad but you shouldnt be in a caloric surplus and eat more than what your body needs. Also the calories should come from healthy food and definitely not whats being shown in the video. since you can see how easy it is to overeat such sweets you'll automatically end up eating more than 500 calories plus the calories consumed from your daily diet. Keep being so ignorant about them and you'll see how quickly you put on body fat and weight

first off it depends person to person 500kcal par zinda nhi reh payega 5 din se zyada fibre and protein content badhao and agar FAT (not weight) kam karna toh jitna kaam kar rha usse kam khaa (sirf around 200kcal ka deficit, ek chips ke packet jitna) ya fir jitna khaa rha usse zyada burn kar and vice versa

You forgot the chicken and meat😂 may be it will turn to many vegetarians turn to meat so let me dubunk 100 gm chicken is 165 calories, means 300 gm boiled chicken has 495 calories and 75 gram of protien, your 4 roti has only 15 grams check the internet if you dont believe, dont be ashamed of eating non vegetarian food eat proudly, love you all Also in one meal you have to take 350 gm of boiled chicken and if you take 2 times then 700 gms per day and your daily Protein requirement will be fulfilled around 130 gm Protein now it means for 130 gm of protein either eat 40 roties or 700 gm of chicken thats why many indian kids are having problems because we eat the manner like old people taught us, vegetables are good but are only for vitamin and fibers and pulses shows resistance in absorption and rice are high in carbs so eat those in less amount increase meat and avoid oils it will save your life🧬🧬
I think 500 calories from mango is not equal one rasmalai in basis of turning as fat content in body. 500 calories of mango will not transformed to body fat as much as rasmalai does
