If only it was that simple. Just purchased an M1 at £1400 with rotary tools. Spent the last 24 hours trying to get it to work. The machine turns on but F1 and F2 don't do anything. The USB driver appears to have installed correctly but in Device Manager there is a Can't Migrate error for the M1 in the Events tab. The software is terrible, no explanations for 90% of the features, lots still not translated correctly and many of the pop up windows do not show all the text. you can't resize them so have no clue what is going on. A massive disappointment and absolutely no support has been received from the seller or Mr carve. Mine will be going back unless I can get some support.

hello, i'm about to buy this machine, but laserpacker 3 has just been released, do you know if this second one works on all metals too? needed a machine that could make metals like nickel and zinc alloy.
Hi, thanks for asking. From what we know, the LaserPecker 3 did work for all metals (at least according to what they said on their page). But we found the Mr Carve M1 has the best engraving performance on all kinds of metals so far, it offers unparalleled details and speed. If you want the best results, then go to the Mr Carve M1 :DD
Hi, these two laser engravers mainly have two differences. The M1 offers an electric laser focusing, while the M2 is adjusted by manual laser focusing. The M2 supports handheld laser engraving but the M1 doesn't. The others remain the same.

M1 fiber laser doesn't have blue laser. Only M4 have blue and red laser 😊
