Hopefully a helpful thought, is that Bananas are a prebiotic (food for the probiotics) when they are green - otherwise when ripe they have so much sugar that they raise insulin levels/blood sugar, if that is an issue. Thank you for all the helpful information.

Thank you for raising awareness of oxalates. The "super foods" are high in oxalates. Meat is my simple, nutritious, go to food.
Prayer before eating serves the purpose of peacefully preparing the body to consume food.
