@@MonkeyRebel117 yeah I did that instead because I listened to the video wrong lol but everything is good except my first person arms are missing textures
@@MonkeyRebel117 is it something to do with the arms folder?
@@roguefusion Awesome, also always double check your materials location in the QC code as well as the VMT files in your materials folder. Sometimes its as simple as a space in the wrong place.
@@MonkeyRebel117 everything seems fine
Hello MonkeyRebel117,How to Port a Gun From Another Game or Item from Another Game to your left 4 dead 2
Example.Porting Halo Sniper to Left 4 Dead 2 Sniper without getting their Animation and no invisible Hand
I really Getting Mad that i porting a Gun it's Working in Left 4 Dead 2 but it's invisivle Please Help
+Mackinley Wadsfourth I really Impressed that you can port a gun in Halo to Left 4 Dead 2 Perfectly but with no animation of Halo
Quick question. Can this be applied with just animations? Say I have a Rochelle model and it is using the basic Rochelle animations and I want to replace her animations with Zoey's. Can I use this method for that?
It should be possible but you will lose the face animations unless you properly attached the VTA file and raw SMD files from Rochelle you want to use to replace the animations of Rochelle to zoeys. just make sure you use the raw qc code as a base for Rochelle since it has all the info already there. You just need to add the proper code in order to giver her the animations.
Please delete this video. It is lacking very important information required to make animations work in online games.
I've just had someone ask me for help as to why their mod doesn't work properly. After watching the same tutorial that they had watched, i understand why its broken.
