Actually, Nezuko’s kimono pattern is historically accurate from my knowledge and has been used since ancient times, and used in the Heian period for decoration and to ward off evil!
The pattern is/represents hemp leaves, and is called ‘asanoha,’ it’s commonly worn by babies as it symbolises long and healthy life for the child.
i think if she did haikyuu i would actually cry

I can understand not liking a particular character’s outfit but I think some ignorance in regards to fashion history is shown here. The patterns on the kimonos and haori (the jackets) have been used for centuries in Japan and they have important meanings and are incredibly accurate. Also, this takes place during the Taisho era in the 1910s and the outfits are accurate, including the Slayer Corps. uniforms. There are some modern twists in some of the outfits but they work. If you work in fashion I would suggest you learn outfits/patterns historical accuracy.
